The worst place ever! Never had a problem renting cars from other rentals cars places, but this took the cake! I called to see to make sure, if they would have my vehicle for the day I made the reservations for me to pickup the car and they said, yes, they will have the car for that day I had made reservations for. The day before I was supposed to have been picking up, they sent me a text saying, they are sorry for the inconvenience and had to cancel my reservation, due to them not having any cars available! Wow? I had to be out of town the next morning for a very important meeting!?? STOP TAKING RESERVATIONS IF YOU KNOW THAT YOU WOULDN'T HAVE ANY VEHICLES! I WOULD NEVER IN MY LIFETIME USE THIS PLACE AGAIN! The staff was very unprofessional! They said that i should call around to see if any other Herzts had any cars! ?? Avis car rental stepped in and saved the day! Thank GOD

I booked a reservation for a car rental for 03/16/2024. The day before I received a text message from Hertz stating that my reservation was canceled and that they apologize for the inconvenience. I proceeded to call the number from the text and no one answered. I then found another number for the Hertz off of Ross Ave and someone answered the phone. I asked them why was my reservation canceled and they stated that they ran out of cars for Spring Break. I asked them if they could accommodate me by finding me another car through another Hertz. They said all of the Hertz locations were out of cars. This was a huge inconvenience and I had to go to Enterprise to book another car rental so that I could still try and make my trip.

If I could give 0 stars I would both guys (White guy long hair, and black guy with short hair (maybe twist)) are extremely rude. I have a video recording of my call as well.I will be calling district on this location

Everything went well. The wait was about 30 minutes. The guy with the long hair helped us, and he did a great job until one of the employees butted in our conversation stating he couldn't just switch our names on the account. She was a little rude. Ironically, some auditors came in to audit her. She changed her whole attitude after that. Other than that, everything went well.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! They don’t have the vehicles you place the reservation for, and then you have to wait for weeks for a refund.

Staff were nice but they were kind of multitasking from Reception to checking out the car conditions to billing and handing over the car. Had to wait slightly more than an hour to get the car.

Does not matter if you pre-booked your vehicle, they will give you whatever.They switched out my car that was pre booked and confirmed with the Army 30 days in advanced. Told me it was not in stock and no other gas cars were. The vehicle gave me could not hold a charge longer than 100 miles. Contacted them about it and was told there is nothing they can do.***Update: 1 star to 3 starThey reached out and apologized for the situation and provided a discount when I returned the car. Still wish this didn’t happen but now they tried to make things right “after” I returned the vehicle.

The staff here is so unorganized, none of the cars are cleaned, people are just waiting over an hour to pick a scheduled car, and they charged a lady who came back to ask why she was charged this amount on her card andthey noticed they charged her with someone else's contract amount. I'm glad non of them work at the Airport. This staff on Ross is a HOT MESS. ?

This place is something. My husband and I called them to let them know we will be late to pick up the car… mind you we already paid for this car. We called them 4 times and no answers. Well finally they answered and put us on hold for an hour and 20 minutes. we finally got to hertz and told us they have no car available while we are still in hold on the phone. We told them we have been calling and this girl looked at their phone and disconnected us while talking to her face to face. We called enterprise minutes after and they answered and we got a car. That is how a business should be.

I rented a Model Y through Hertz without really thinking through that I had never driven a Tesla* before. But the people at this location help me out explain to me how to charge the car. They helped me download the app.Telsa impressed me that day but also made me realize how technology has changed. They may drop off easy too!
