Very poor service. I didn’t reserve a electric car and could not charge it with the apparatus provided and was charged 35.00 because I couldn’t get it to work and I returned it very early because I didn’t want it to run out. Then I rented another car only to be charged pre paid fuel that I didn’t ask for and I filled the car up upon return

A good experience returning our rental car here. We didn’t wait long to get into their shuttle busses that takes you to the airport. Overall it was a hassle free and good experience here!

Took my reservation but did not save a car, and was not running a shuttle service for our flight that landed around 11:30 pm.When I arrived, one employee was apologetic, but when I mentioned my name and reservation was on the board, another employee made a joke of it. Some of their parking lot is fenced off for apparent improvements, limiting how many cars fit there. National seemed to still be renting out cars right beside them.

Rented a car there 2 days ago. Today I received an email saying that I needed to provide my insurance company for damage the vehicle. I only had the vehicle for 3.5 hours to go to a doctor appointment and nothing happened to it at all. Now I’ve spent an hour on the phone so far trying to resolve this false claim, but I am still waiting to hear back from the Hertz person. I did not damage the car.

Selection of cars was like two and they didn't have the car already. When I got there. Someone ran into my car and trying to get a hold of customer service was impossible. Overall very bad

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst car rental experience I have ever had. Every single person working there was awful. We arrived last night at midnight, after a flight delay because of weather in Dallas. My husband is a gold member and had booked my car and I just had to go get the car and leave. I tried to do that, and he hadn’t put it in my name (his fault, but there was a solution still), so the girl at the exit gate told me to go talk to the people inside. I parked the car again and went to talk to them inside. The one guy who was working in the main room was outside in a car already and said (very aggressively, mind you) that they’re closed. I had my husband on the phone to add me, as he wasnt able to do it online, to make the change. I asked if we could just do this quickly as it was after midnight and I had my daughter with me, and he made a very rude and dismissive gesture and even a more aggressive “No! We are closed” I turned behind me and there was a lady standing inside the gold member room and again he said “no! We are closed!”So now it’s 12:25 and I’m having to call an Uber with my kid in tow. All three employees who were there last night shutting the place down still hung around talking until 12:47. But nobody could help me for 10 minutes to get it sorted. Shame on them, shame on hertz for hiring such awful employees. I am very disgusted by all of their behavior.

Gave me an all-electric car with no help or instructions. It was a nightmare in finding charging points to make the 200-mile trip I had to do. Very stressful.

Pick up and dropoff were efficient. The car didn't smell bad surprisingly considering the number of miles on it.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I was in a wreck on 2/24, made a reservation online using a credit card. I made sure my card had enough limi to cover the rental. I went to this location to get the car and the girl said there would be a $200 deposit on the car. I explained that my card didn't have that extra on it. I used my business account debit card and she said there would be a $500 hold since it was a debit card. I said okay, she ran my card, I got my rental and left. I extended the rental for an extra day and returned it on 2/28.Before returning I made a new reservation, using my business debit card, went to the location, got the vehicle and on the way out the lady at the gate said my account showed my credit card. I explained that I made the reservation using the debit card. She had the four customers behind me back up, so that I could back up and go inside to the desk. I went in and explained to the lady what it was showing. She said unless I had a return flight I couldn't use a debit card. I told her about my previous rental and using the debit card. She called a supervisor, Sam, and he came and looked at the system and said I had to have a debit card. I explained to him that I had a previous rental using the debit card and he said "well someone made a mistake". I said that I wouldn't have known that, to which he cut me off and became very rude saying I couldn't rent without a credit card. He then threatened me not being able to rent again. Needless to say I'm picking up an rental car, at a better price, with Enterprise.

Terribly dishonest company. I Clearly denied the extra insurances and was secretly charged for them anyway! When I questioned the charges, I was again lied to as to what they were.

My family and I arrived and had a Chrysler Pacifica or similar reserved and when the rental agent got into the van she noticed it smelled bad and gave us a free upgrade to a slightly largerToyota Sienna hybrid which ended up working out amazing! All the staff was very friendly and helpful from the rental agent, to the lot attendants and the shuttle driver. Great experience.
