This place is ridiculous. I usually don’t comment but I went in for a tour and it was absolutely filthy first and foremost. I saw a roach in the lobby and then crickets gathering outside. And that was just the beginnings Then! The management was so incredibly rude, I can’t believe how I was treated. I scheduled a tour and I guess the information wasn’t relayed but they acted like I didn’t schedule and gaslit me for thinking I did, when I called not even 3 hours prior. I will definitely not be living here and DO NOT RECOMMEND anybody staying here.

I have had apartments in three different states & dealt with plenty of leasing agents in my life but this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Poor Betty has 0 idea about what is going on & her handler, Dina… is even worse. We were told different things plenty of times & then finally have everything for our apartment ready, I go to drop the deposit off, all of a sudden they want us to get another unit and pay $200 extra because they thought we wanted to “move in ASAP” and that there was never a thing about “November 15th”. Dina was the worst manager I have ever dealt with in any business. This lady is just calling us liars and yelling at us the WHOLE time. I would write more about Dina but they would not be kind words. AGAIN, Poor Betty has absolutely no idea what’s going on, and I will put that on her boss. Here is the ORIGINAL inquiry of the ONLY place we had dealt with & applied for

I've I could give 0 stars I would. The Apartments are nice but the management IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, Betty kept telling us different answers about moving in every time, telling us we needed different things every time we went. Finally after doing everything they asked we were told that they had us marked down to move as soon as possible for the apartment we wanted. We originally wanted the apartment on November 15th and when we reminded her that, we were told that we would have to pay an extra 200 an month for their upgraded apartment because they couldn't hold our apartment(Even after telling us that we need a 60 day notice to move in) after hearing that my friend and I left to go eat and come back to talk to them. After coming back we planned to talk to the manager to get an understanding on everything and try to figure something out, but when we got there the manager was completely unprofessional, she was rude, interrupting us, telling us that we were lying. Just to finally tell us to take our money and leave and kicked us out. (Here is a picture of our first invoice on 9/11)
Honestly the whole situation was unprofessional and insane I would never want anyone else to get yelled at by two 70 year old ladies.

Each interaction I have had with the leasing office has been stellar. As a former realtor, my standards are high. Betty went above and beyond for the residents I referred to them. Their move in was smooth and they love their large home. The price point is phenomenal.

Horrible experience.
They didn't want to accept our 60 day notice. Deana doesn't not know how to speak to tenants. When discussing the 60 day notice, she started yelling when she knew she was in the wrong. Then she just kept saying argue with corporate. She should retake her fair housing class.

After a year of living here, i can firmly say that i’ve had no issue. Very quiet, pretty spacious for price. I personally didn’t have any roach issues ?. Everyone here stays to themselves and pretty respectful. If i could, i would stay here for longer.
