Always a great experience going into Hollywood Feed. The store attendant helped with finding the right items for my destructive chewer I have at home. We have been loyal to Hollywood Feed since it arrived in Dallas. I have family in Colorado bring Hollywood Feed to the mountains! Great service thanks for your help!

This was my first experience with this location. I was given half information about the delivery process. I was without a car today and just so happened my babies were out of their food as well. I called and spoke with a customer service rep first because the store wasn't open yet. She stated if I ordered from the store it would be same day service. I waited until the store opened and called and the girl I believe her name was Alexis took my order and told me it would be after noon before the delivery arrived that was too long to wait because my babies eat between 9-10 but I was willing to wait. 1pm came no call that my delivery was on the way Alexis then told me 3-4pm now its been all day that my babies haven't eaten. Called back it was after 4pm no one answered, it routed me to customer service. The rep was able to get the store on the phone and all they could say was sorry. That isn't helping how would they like not eating all day and all evey one keeps saying is sorry. I was told since I paid over the phone they weren’t able to give me a refund which forced me to wait another 2 hours. They are 25mins from the address I am at but it took 2 more hours before they came it was after 6pm. If you are 25mins away and I am the first one on your stop and you were loading up the vehicle while I was on the phone why in the world does it take 2 hours. Someone is lying. Needless to say I am very disappointed in this service. And why in the world would you have one delivery driver if the delivery service is this high in demand, make it make sense!

I take my pup to Hollywood Feed to get his nails trimmed. Ivy or Angie are always accommodating and they always trim his nails to my liking. Keep up the great work ladies. Be sure to stop by and check them out if you are in the area!

I ran in the store right before closing and was instantly greeted and the young girl came and assisted me in finding some great new healthy treats for my babies.

The people that work here are always friendly. The store is compact but well-stocked and things are easy to find! The only thing even close to a negative is that the location of the entry is not readily apparent. Not a big deal. HF provides a great shopping experience.

Alex was great! We own a Mississippi donut bed. Our dog ripped a big hole in the cover. I asked if it’s possible to just buy a replacement cover and Alex took the time to contact the manufacturer and called me the next day. He explained it’s basically the same cost to buy a new bed so I’ll just replace it. They can swap out the inserts easily at a nominal price. Thanks Alex for following up and getting me the info.

I had a wonderful experience with Angie, my dog’s groomer. She was kind, professional, and did a fantastic job. I truly appreciated the care she showed during our visit.
Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning. While I was there, I witnessed another groomer being aggressive with a small dog (gray, terrier looking) who was moving around. She grabbed his face, gave it a shake, and sternly said something like “you need to stop.” It was upsetting to see, especially in a space where people trust groomers with their pets’ safety and well-being.
I brought it to the staff’s attention right away, and while they thanked me for letting them know and when I checked out, said they spoke with her, it didn’t feel like the concern was taken as seriously as it should have been. What happens behind the scenes that we don't see? What else has this groomer done?
I hope Hollywood Feed takes a closer look at their grooming standards, because pet parents deserve to know their animals are in safe, gentle hands at ALL times.
