I recently visited the Home Depot in a wealthy neighborhood and rated my experience 4 stars. While their customer service is commendable—something you'd expect given the clientele—there was a significant hiccup with my order. I had arranged for a delivery, promised for the next day at 5 PM, but when the time came, there was no delivery. After 50 hours without any updates, I decided to call. To my surprise, I was informed that my items were on backorder and wouldn't arrive for about a month.
Ultimately, I chose to cancel my order. I then turned to Amazon, where I found the same product for over $60 less. I placed the order, and to my delight, it arrived at my doorstep the very next day. This experience highlights the importance of timely communication and the benefits of exploring multiple shopping options.

They have everything you need however when i needed assistance i had two workers that seemed to be avoiding me when i needed help after i asked 3 times for help. I never got assistance in the end and ended up getting help from a customer instead.
