Unorganized! Nobody knew anything. Went in to pick up a online order. They do returns and online orders at the same area, but no one knew anything about online orders it seems. Finally someone helps us. She went to the back somewhere to get my order. Idk If she went to the back of the store in the employee only area or if she simply picked it up off the shelf. Either way, when customers receive a text saying their order is "ready", I figured it would be at the FRONT where the ONLINE PICK UP is. You know, packed up and "ready" to be picked up.

I would like to take a minute to thank BRIAN in the plumbing department at this Home Depot. He made my shopping experience better than I even could've hoped for! I walked in all stressed out and unsure of what I needed in order to fix my leaking shower faucet at home. It was leaking so badly, it was a constant stream of water pouring out and I currently have the water main shut off in order to make this repair. I was looking at the faucet cartridge replacements when Brian walked by and asked if I was doing alright. I said "well, I'm not sure" and proceeded to explain to him what all was going on with my shower. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting the correct part, compared it to the model faucet which I confirmed was the same as mine, and went and got me a discount since my cartridge was from Home Depot, not too long ago, and had worn out. Mind you, Home Depot isn't the manufacturer of the part, they are just the supplier. The part I needed is made by Delta but nevertheless, Brian made sure that I was taken care of and given a discount to boot! He didn't make me feel stupid or act annoyed that I needed his help. He also didn't talk my head off or lecture me about whatever it is I was replacing. He was very genuine and down to earth. Best Home Depot experience I've had to date and I come here 50+ times a year.

I've shopped at the White Rock Home Depot for four years, and customer service declines every year. If you're looking for an item, you might as well pull it up on your phone and hope the associates have stocked it where their website says it should be. If you're wanting advice for use, try YouTube. Don't expect the time of day from associates wandering the aisles socializing and avoiding eye contact with customers.

it's not a safe place to park your work vehicle while u shop there. My brother's work truck with all his tools was broken into. thankfully they didnt succeed on getting it started after breaking the ignition switch. A coworker about three weeks ago truck got stolen at the same place. They filed a police report, be safe and think twice about leaving your work alone there while you shop

I was looking for a certain wood to do wood carving. I ask the Home Depot employee for assistance. I asked him does the store have Basswood, pine or butternut wood and look at me crazy. This person said he will be right back, but never return.

I feel I have to always ask for help looking for things. Today I was trying to find something in particular. It took me 30 minutes to find it on my own. I asked several people and each one pointed to where it was and I never found it. I finally found it on my own. They have so many employees. You would think one would know where everything is.

Generally a nice place to shop but yesterday I was appalled at the customer service I received. I have been a customer of this Home Depot for 20+ years and recently purchased a fridge from this location. They have lost me as a customer and Lowe's is my new go to. I was at the register in the outside gardening department yesterday, my total was around $40 and it was windy so I was trying to make sure my cash didn't fly everywhere. The cashier told me "Can you speed up, there's other people in line". She was so incredibly rude I was very offended. The people in line looked at her like she was crazy. I will never ever return to this location, the customer service has completely gone downhill, even the returns department is really bad!! Once again, a week ago (5/20) I tried to give Home Depot another try. I came to purchase four bags of white marble pebbles. They didn't have any on the lower stack so I asked the lady working in the garden section and she had a gentleman get the forklift (I saw them up high), he laid the pallet down and drove his forklift off. I had to lift FOUR (around 30 lbs bags) and load them in my cart. He didn't even offer to assist. Just dumped and left. I'm officially done shopping at this Home Depot until they can improve customer service. Beware!!

This place has terrible customer service I tried to return some items and cashier was really rude, The funnest part, somebody was in front of me and he told me how rude she is. so basically I'm pretty sure she's alway like that!!!

Had a hole in my friends wall that needed fixing and went here seeking the materials to fix it as well as some knowledge on how to fix. After wondering around a little looking for materials myself, I asked an employee named Ray for assistance. He took me straight to the wall patches and explained the process very thoroughly. It was so much simpler than I imagined! Thanks to him and the Home Depot the wall looks almost as good as new now!

This rating is based solely on my experience with the tool and truck rental department. I was immediately greeted by a smiling Dave Wedlow whose positive energy just lit up the room. He went out of his way to help me with my first truck rental; he was incredibly patient and possessed a great sense of humor. Sometimes you just meet people who turn a usually mundane task into an adventure--who would have known I'd be bonding about Bill Withers in a Home Depot at 8:30am with someone! It's rare for employees to permeate gratitude and excitement for their job and Dave does both earnestly. He gave me exceptional customer service and also set the day on a positive note. My boyfriend and I just kept talking about how cool and helpful he was, he obviously made a lasting impression!!

I had the best experience at this home depot thanks to a cashier named Sandy who was so helpful! Our total had come up more than expected and she gave us such a generous discount just to make sure we could still buy everything we had intended to. She saw we really needed everything and was so generous and considerate!
