Drop and hook. Parking is kinda dark. The spaces need to be repainted. Noassignment for empty trailers, you have to hunt. Park lot size is ok, easy to maneuver.

April 2023 by Mr. Our Purpose Is Your Blessing
We had the pleasure of visiting Home Depot with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. Once we entered the store we were blessed to have interaction with a young man named Jesus. He was from the plumbing department however he helped us with all our needs and knew much about the store. He provided us amazing customer service and is definitely the reason we will go back to home Depot when we need something."Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"

Very rude and untrained people running the guard shack. Went in to check in and one guy was watching videos on his computer, a female guard was playing on her cell phone and the other lady was looking like a special needs child wondering why she couldn’t put a square block in a round hole. It was really pitiful.

Appointment at 130 unloaded at 8 stay away especially if broker tells u it's an emergency load u will wait and the brokers are worthless thinking of changing my career trucking is not the path I would recommend until this Industry makes some huge changes. Funny how truckers are treated until people need something at their door

Whenever we call to the Home Depot, They dont respond Receiving Department, Transportation Department. Only Security picks up the phone who has no information at all. It is 1 week we calling to this Facility. Management is not good. No Information at all about trailers. Security transfers the phone call but no answer again. Need to admit that Security Woman is very rude.

I pull up to the entrance of the distribution center. Young black woman ?? with braces pops out of the guard shack. Before she can even ask for the bills ? and my ID ? - I hand it to her. Even though it's my first time at this Home Depot DC I've been to many others so I know the procedure. She snatches my ID by the way and scratches me with her "claw like nails" ? in the process. She goes back into the guard shack to make a copy of my ID ? and bills ? to process the paperwork. ? She comes back out with only 1 set of bills and I ask her - where's the other bills❓️ (There was 2 stops). With other trucks ? ? near by running their engine I couldn't exactly make out what she was saying but it definitely was some type of back talk. ?I didn't understand ? I never have this problem when dealing with other groups of people.Whenever it's a black woman ?? I assume she's going to give me some type of hard time or some kind of uneasy interaction. ???I know that I shouldn't prejudice and I try hard not to. I want to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but people like her make it hard.Black women should really reframe from ANY type of customer service job or any job where they have to deal with the public on a constant basis. They're stuck up and have bad attitude problems.

It's a hate/love kind of place. Always have to go off site for an empty which I hate, the guards are a little slow which again I hate, most days can't find a parking spot for the loaded trailer which I hate, the only good thing about this place is the miles I get to drive here & that's about it! Good luck driver's because this place your going to need it!!

Trucker Axe is right, the guard shack lady on Beckleymeade is extremely harsh, mean, and has a bad attitude towards everyone. It must be miserable to be her. His review was a year ago, she still hasn’t found Jesus. Mean as ever.

I love that they try to give you a specific available spot to put your trailer in, and they knew exactly where my loaded trailer was. Also I didn't need to get out of my truck to pick up paperwork or to check out. Fast, friendly, efficient service. Great ? job guard shack.

I had a live unload load schedule for 6am.They don't take you a hour early and I would have known that if they answered the phone but receiving lady was nice. Security guard likes to walk in front of your truck where you can't see them with no reflection almost got ran over so truckers be careful. I got here at 5am so they let me park by the gate until 5:45am. Loves truck stop around the corner plus TA, pilot about 6 to 10 minutes away. Loves is super small!
