Are after being told to wait for 15 minutes associates told me that they would not be able to assist me as the person who told me to wait and decided to leave so that they would not have to help me with cutting wood. I can't believe this store is still open.

Gloria at the Home Depot on Lemmon Ave in Dallas is so knowledgeable and helpful- when other employees gave me the wrong information she walked the entire length of the store to help me find a part that was not even in her department. Thanks for the help, Gloria!

Avoid the Lemmon Ave location! I walked in today looking for bird seed. Two employees directed me to the wrong location. I tried to find another rep but couldn't find one. So I took my business across the street to Lowe's! Found what I needed easy peasy!

I have completely lost confidence in Home Depot. I made a purchase, was given a delivery date and left the store very happy with my purchase, even though I would have to wait two weeks for delivery. Unfortunately, two days before the delivery date, I was informed that there was a "problem" with my order and delivery was rescheduled for A MONTH LATER!! That alternative was not acceptable... and after numerous phone calls, I learned that one of the items purchased was on "back order." As a result, the entire order was rescheduled. Worse yet, when I looked online, it appeared that if I had purchased the item the day of the scheduled delivery, it would come before the rescheduled date I was given. After my frustration level got higher than I could stand it, I canceled the order only to find out that although it was a cash purchase, I would not get a refund for 3 to 5 business days. At this point, I knew I would have to avoid Home Depot because this level of frustration should not accompany the purchase of a major appliance. (It's not an item used to perform life and death surgery, though it is a necessity for ensuring clean clothes!!) The people I dealt with were apologetic and polite, but could do nothing for me as a customer because they were following their procedures. And although I understand that, I feel it necessary to find somewhere that the experience will not feel so completely disappointing. If Home Depot could find a way to either provide alternatives or options for customers when they (Home Depot) fail to live up to what they said they would do (or at least find a way of telling the customer that is not a text or email), it would probably feel better than what I experienced. But, alas, I'm just a customer and clearly not as important as the rules.

Very organized. Very well stocked. Incredibly helpful staff - ALWAYS - not just a one off interaction with a yet untainted member of the corporate grind.

Earlier in the week I went into the Lemmon store, and headed to the electrical section. The materials I needed were under lock and key and I asked an associate if they could assist me. She asked me to please hold on and she would return shortly. Then after running off to pursue a possible shoplifter, she returned with the keys to unlock the items I needed. She is a good hard worker that cares for her employer, and even the customers as well. Her name is Sarah...........

Never before have I been in such a disgusting store . Floors filthy , store and shelves unkept . Associates huddled around each other (not working ) chatting about gangs and being in prison , using derogatory, racist , and vulgar language amongst themselves out on the sales floor . All the while , page after page for customers needing assistance , in THEIR area . Truly the most horrible Home Depot have ever been in

Usually have what I need. However they have gotten rid of their knowledgeable staff. The employees they have now act put out when asked for help if you can find them at all.

This is by far the worst Home Depot in the state of Texas. if you live in DFW & are a contractor DO NOT USE this location. The pro desk is a complete joke & the building staff have little to no experience with Contractors orConstruction. The General Manager should be fired because it's truly just sad at this point. I'm sure the only reason they are still employed is because of the total revenue that location brings in each year. This lolocation is in the heart of Dallas & it's the only Home Depot for probably close to 1.5 million people. All I can say is "Stay Away Contractors". Use the Fort Worth Ave location in Oak Cliff. they are extremely knowledgeable & very helpful over there!

The previous day i shopped in this store and in a matter of 10 minutes encounter the most RUDE employees. One lady smarted off and basically called an employee stupid to his face. Another employee yelled at my wife for walking down an isle that wasn't blocked off. The next day to avoid the store, i did an online pick up, waited around for hours, and completely changed my day around this pick up. Just woke up to an email saying they cancelled my order. Save your self some time and just go to the Lowe's next door.

I came here a month ago and am just leaving a review now, but I had such a great experience with Manuel P at this location. I had a busy day so I got to Home Depot when they opened at 6 AM. I didnt even realize that their Garden section was not open yet, but I went and picked up a Christmas tree on my own because I was in a rush. No one was around at the time so I went and asked around to ask if someone can be sent to the Garden department. Manuel showed up, wrapped up my tree and brought it to my car - he was truly a kind face I needed to see on a very hectic morning.

I wish I could give more stars, I must say I was so impressed with a young lady from customer service, Ms. Diana. I made an online purchase to be delivered to my home fast delivery today. Within the evening I recieved a phone call from the Home Depot on Wheatland. They didn't tell me who they were and where they were calling from, all they said was that there were cancelling my order. I had no idea what was going on. They sounded just as confused as I was and he couldn't provide any information. After drilling him, his supervisor called me with the same information. That they were going to cancel my order. I specifically told them, I ordered my product online and the only response I recieved was they cant do anything but cancel. Let's just say I was disgusted by the professionalism of that store. I immediately called the online customer service and the representative indicated that it was not a cancel and asked if I could hold so that she could call the Wheatland Store to obtain additional information, however, instead she transferred the call to another store. By then, I was super mad. This leads me to Ms. DIANA. I explained the above, and she said she would call me back. 5 minutes later, she called me with all the information and indicated what had occurred. Diana went above and beyond Wheatland Store and Online Customer Rep duties. Thank you Diana! That store should be honored to have you working with them. Someone give her a big pay raise!

I've been coming here for a few years and have never had one bad experience. The employees are all very knowledgeable and eager to help. The garden center (my favorite part of the store) is large with plenty of options and everything is very well priced.

Carol the cashier doesn't like white people. I have been watching her for years and her demeanor changes when she goes from a black person to a white person. I have discussed it with other employees and everyone knows about it.
