“I filed my taxes this year, and I really appreciated the thorough walkthrough of all my documents. Every year taxes are a hassle, and normal civilians do not know all of the documents needed. I was asked and explain everything with patience, and cannot stress enough how professional he was.

I am a long term customer with AAA and seeing a huge decline with there customer care skills and NOT properly trained representatives. I have a local office closer to me and prefer to reach out to Karen as they also LACK the AMAZING qualities that Karen exudes and prefer to deal with representatives that care about there clients. Karen should be in a position to train the other AAA reps and I have encountered so many that are not professional or don't always provide the correct information or seem like they don't care. Karen is top notch and always goes that EXTRA mile. I always feel confident that I am being provided the correct and most up to date information. Karen you ROCK!!?????”
