Workers are nice, but not very clean. Lady sneezed in her hands and didn't use hand sanitizer. I have germ issues so maybe it's just me, but I thought it was nasty of her. And hand sanitizer was right there. Smh

After nearly knocking items off the shelf three times due to the ridiculous amount of inventory they put out (one breakable) and an entire row of shower curtains falling off the rack that I was browsing due to overloading it, I walked out. How on earth can anyone shop in here?!?!

As a frequent Home Goods shopper, I understand exceptions on returns beyond the date and without receipt are, well, exceptional. But it is not okay when one manager approves returning said items for store credit (not even cash) then another manager walks up halfway through the transaction and refuses the return. The manager who didn’t want to give the return even broke a piece off one of the items while unwrapping it so that he could refuse to take it. I’m disappointed in you Home Goods Park Lane. Do better. I’ll be shopping at a different location from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. From rude managers, to mistreated employees, to the disrespect the people that represent this company gives. What happened to companies that generally care about their employees.

This review is solely for the customer service! Kay, your cashier was beyond rude, unprofessional, and irritated with her job! I visited this store yesterday, upon approaching the counter she was already what appeared to be annoyed. Rolling her eyes, smacking and popping bubble gum, and scan my items hard and packing them in the bag incorrectly. Before even leaving the store my bags tore, almost breaking my cups and glasses. After ringing me up, I left the basket at the counter she said " you CAN'T leave that basket right there!" I kept walking, she said it again extremely loud and screaming, I then said "Actually I can, I don't work here, you do, so you put it back with that nasty attitude." She yelled back " I aint said nun to you" lol what a joke! This girl definitely does not need to be the face of any business and she clearly HATES her job. For this reason, I will NEVER frequent this location. KAY is rude, get better employees who actually enjoy what they are doing. Calling corporate as well, first thing Monday morning.

Do NOT get scammed into their “rewards” card. I told the clerk no twice before she asked for a third time and I finally caved to get 10% off a $200 order which I just returned every item. They force you to get approved for this credit card without ever saying the word “credit” on the spot so that you won’t cancel your application when you leave and are so incredibly pushy. I was told it was a rewards card and just feel like a complete idiot for handing over my drivers license. The manager did not have any sympathy. Now I can’t cancel it for a year without dinging my credit. Homegoods is my favorite store in the world and this experience made me never want to go back.

I bought some light gray Tommy Bahama towels for my son's room. I thought I had made a good buy based on the brand, texture, and feel. After washing and drying, I learned otherwise. After two washes and drying, the towels will not stop shedding and making a mess in my laundry room. New towel shedding for the first few washes is normal, but this is not normal. The towels are literally disintegrating with every tumble. I paid $70 for 3 bath towels, 4 hand towels, and 4 wash cloths. The lint mound in the attached photo was compiled after 2 washings, 2 full cycle dryings, and at least 10 - 30 minute air dry tumbles. Each time my lint catch is completely covered in a thick blanket of powdery dust-like fibers that go everywhere. It never stopped! It's literally like cleaning a vacuum bag. The photo is only the fibers I could clump together. I probably have an equal amount all over my laundry room. Nothing is a good deal if you get a substandard product. I am very disappointed and do not recommend these towels.

The prices and product selection are excellent. And, the staff, especially Marco and Tonya, are always friendly, quite knowledgeable, and helpful whenever I ask them for customer assistance.

This location was one of the best locations in Dallas! The aisles were clean and everything was easy to find. I've been to other locations and items were picked through and scattered around. The employees were friendly and helpful. The plus is that this location is less than 10 from my home. So many things to choose from and the prices won't break the bank.
