Had a great experience here and with Marshall. He had a little plug i needed in stock and then I left my car a couple of days later for an inspection.
He gave me a maintenance suggestion that I will coming back to get that done here. This is exactly what I expect from a mechanic. Hope to come back in the future and recommend people over to them!

Honest, kind, no upsells. Went here thinking I’d need a ton of work on my Honda (neglected servicing it for a while) but Marshall informed me my car is in great condition and recommended new tires, which were long overdue. Don’t go anywhere else!!!!

Thank you Mr. Marshall for being honest, kind and very helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend this shop. They will not tell you you need something that you don't at this shop. They check out your car, let you know what you need, quote you a great & fair price and do great work! I called and asked if they could check out my car and tell me all the maintenance needed and what's most important to do first and they said bring it on in and I set an appt. Lol I have a 2016 Civic, so it was a bit of a list of need-to-dos. But they let me know honestly what's needed now and what's needed later. Got my brake fluid changed cause they said that was priority and informed my brakes themselves are good. Quoted me a great price and did the work. Got my car back same day. I will get the rest of my maintenance and any other work needed done to this shop.
Also... Called the shop and talked to Mr. Marshall about a hesitation when starting my car. Let him know I used a random gas station while traveling. He said let that gas burn out, try some super from a good gas station and see how that works. He could've easily said, 'Oh you'll need to bring that in and the work you'll need will be $5k', but he didn't. That's very much appreciated!!!

The service, information, and prices are better here than at the dealership. Hondew is honest, doesn't upsell, and does great work. I've taken two different Honda vehicles here on multiple occasions and I've always been happy with the results. As you might expect, they're in high demand, so you need to call and schedule your visit. No big deal in that, just something to know.

I wrecked back in 2017 and bent my axle.They had my car back to me in less than a week. The work was impeccable and she still drives to this day.

Marshall and his Hondew shop have been my go to Honda mechanic for the last 5 years. I’m sad to have to leave the DFW area and will miss what a great auto mechanic they have been. Marshall is honest, to the point, stands by his shops work, and won’t upsell you on unnecessary repairs. His prices have always been competitive and better than the Honda dealerships where service advisors get a commission on selling you repairs. Sometimes they wouldn’t have immediate availability but I always waited to get my vehicle in. They earned my trust and their quality work has kept my civic running now going on 200,000 miles

I had an old civic, and Marshall (boss) took care of it for many years until it finally fell apart.
His service is outstanding, HONEST!!!, and cars just work better after The Hondew Shop gets hold of them. I have never gone to any other car repair places since I had a Corolla in I don’t know what year- I think 1969.
So Marshall and I are a team for a very long time.
You can not be in a better place no matter what kind or year your Honda is!

Quite possibly the rudest interaction I’ve ever had with any mechanic ever. No, I’m going to go one step further than that and say any human ever.
Not sure how you could muster that much vitriol to a random stranger inquiring about a service. Either the person that answers your phone just had a really bad day, or he’s just a terrible person.
Either way I’ll take my business elsewhere and will let everyone in my Honda car club know about my experience with your shop.

So glad I found Marshall! Straight forward, extremely knowledgeable, and kind. Tells it how it is and has helped me out of a dangerous situation over the phone. Very grateful and will only be taking my Honda here!
