Bad first time experience to a c-pap business. Walked in on appt. and was handed an invoice before I ever saw anyone or looked at any equipment. Owner got frustrated with my questions and told me to leave. Then they had the nerve to bill my insurance for c-pap equipment! I called my insurance and told them I didn't order anything. I called Hope Home Medical and told them to submit a credit billing. 6 months later, nothing done. I do not recommend this company!

I came to Hope Home Medical to buy a CPAP machine, after trying two other providers who really disappointed me. From the very first call to Hope, I received a totally different experience in every way possible.Mark was so passionate to help - super knowledgeable, helpful, kind and really caring for their customers. Thanks to Mark and Laura, I received exactly the machine I wanted, exactly on time. They provided all the information upfront, in details, and updated me as they promised.When the machine arrived, Mark met with me to walk me through it, and didn't skip a thing! He also helped me choose the right mask - he made sure I'm comfortable with it, and taking enough time to try. He encouraged me to ask questions, and was extremely patient the whole time!When I came back to try another mask later on, he was as responsive and helpful as before!Most certainly one of the BEST service I have EVER received.

I have had an incredible experience at Hope Home Medical. I have used a CPAP, and worked with this company in doing so, for about a year.I researched a bunch of places and landed on Hope Home Medical. It was a bit farther out than some of the others, but the employees at Hope Home Medical were the kindest on the phone. Most importantly, they answered my many questions thoroughly, to where I understood and felt comfortable coming in. I have anxiety that can be crippling, and it was great to find an office I was able to feel comfortable coming to.Mark helped me learn how to use my CPAP. He is and continues to be incredible. I have met with him or talked with him on the phone many times, because using the CPAP has been an ordeal for me. He is very encouraging, and always help me solve my issues. I have worked with two other employees over the phone as well, who have helped me diagnose settings or user errors on my CPAP, immediately resolving my issues.Just last week I stopped in for an appointment to get some help with my machine again (because once again, user error). As always, Mark was a pleasure to work with, and explained things that he has probably explained to me a million times. He does so with a ton of patience and care, and I can tell truly cares about people based on our conversations.I highly recommend this company for any new and seasoned CPAP users. I am in and out of many, many doctors offices, and this is one of the very few I trust completely.

It is too bad You can only give five stars because this is definitely a 10 star company. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea about eight months ago. I was having 87 events per hour which I’ve been told is quite a lot and quite dangerous. After being placed on a CPAP, I came here to pick up my machine and have training with Mark.After about three months, my doctor wanted to revisit me. He told me the machine was not working for me because my events were still high like 47. Per hour, and that I needed to have another sleep study and be put on a different machine. Well just my luck I had just lost my job and insurance. Mark called me personally to see how things were going. I told him my situation, and he asked me to come in bring the machine to see if there is any thing he could do to help so I did and we meet for about an hour and a half at no charge for me. I bought a few supplies at a discount which I very much appreciated. It is now the end of April and I am feeling 110% better and my numbers are in the single digits now For the most part.From the time you walk in their office to the time you leave and beyond that You feel like you’re a part of a family the entire staff is awesome!This place is so much more than just a supply company.Thank you- Scott

We will never ever use Hope Home Medical again. They did noit disclose up front that the purchase was a rental. i would not have agreed to the purchase if we were informed of this.

I visited several local BiPap supply stores in the Addison area before stopping by Hope Home Medical to see what they had. Other stores did not have the exact ResMed device my doctor prescribed and offered alternatives. Mark at Hope had the exact device at a competitive price matching web locations that take weeks to deliver. Mark also took the time to adjust pressures and walk me through the device use and features while I was there. He made sure the mask fit properly and made sure I had no questions before I left, knowing that I have used BiPap machines for over 10 years. Great customer service and prices that you don't see often anymore. Highly recommended.

You might want to shop around and ask your Doctor if there is any other folks that they may send you to.

Each time I have called Hope Home they have been a pleasure to work with. They have been great with calling me and working with me.Every interaction I have had with Laura has always been professional and courteous. When I came to the office to receive my CPAP, she promptly stopped what she was doing, greeted me, and made me feel comfortable. Her desk seems 'busy', but that had no bearing on my overall experience :) lol I knew I was in good hands.Mark is fantastic. He was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable in our consultation. I was impressed that he mentioned who referred me to him and had a personal relationship with my doctor. Mark was attentive and made sure I knew my way around the machine. His 'presentation' had me excited about the machine I was given.Side note: I've only had the machine for a few days and I can already tell a MASSIVE difference it makes. It certainly takes getting used to having something on your face, but the quality of both my sleep and awake states have improved tremendously. If you're someone who is nervous about getting a CPAP, get it. I am excited to see the long term effects to my health.

Mark is a rock star. He took the time to explain a new machine after years of using a CPAP machine. I have never had anyone ever explained and show me the complete operation of the machine. They have been on national back order for months like many items these days but was kept informed and was called immediately upon arrival. Strongly recommend him and this company as he has the patients concerns and old school customer service that is a rare fine is this day and time of our world.

I want to make sure Everyone knows this and pays attention to this review!I am 61 yr old male with major health problems that are currently worse than they have ever been to the point I am close to giving up.My Dr. Took a shot at my latest and growing problems and asked if I had sleep apnea and I said probably but I had never been evaluated. I did the home device test and the Specialist over the entire testing lab called me on Sunday night and told me I was one of the worst cases he has ever seen and was compelled to tell me to get this addressed immediately. I needed a CPAP yesterday and started researching and calling everywhere trying to get one to no avail thanks to the chip shortage and COVID. I heard all sorts of promises as to paying to be on a waiting list and waiting up to 6 months, to bring out of stock and not knowing if ever they would get any inventory in anytime soon. Then numerous companies would stipulate we do not deal with Insurance Companies and I’d have to pay full price if and whenever the machine would arrive unknowing to the Company I just called!Then I called Hope Medical and got to talk to Laura! She was so open, honest, and took the time to explain in detail what was going on in the CPAP industry and said there was a back up but felt like it would not be 6-8 months. She also amazingly took the time to contact my Insurance to see what coverage and payment would apply to me! Wow!I have a Sales/Management career background and she was at the top of the scale as to making me feel comfortable and not to worry as she would get it taken care of for me!We interacted many times and she never promised me anything to pressure and keep the sale. Product came in about 3 months later.Then I met Mark for my training and demo of the machine and he is Superman! We spent 3 hours together as he took the time to analyze my health and report history and realized that I needed to upgrade to a much more thorough and higher priced machine that would solve the majority of my problems not just half of what the machine that was initially ordered per my Insurance’s suggestions!I obviously wanted what little quality of life back that I had going into these problems so it was a no brainer to upgrade especially after Mark discussed all facets of what my options were.Mark and I hit it off so big because we had all the same interests, same age, and knew a lot of the same Music and Celebrities which was incredible.Mark is one of the best, most caring, most genuine, and most knowledgeable people I have ever interacted with Period!This entire Office Staff blows anybody else away in every catagory. Dealing with the automated B.S. that 98% of most ALL companies force you to do and avoid talking with you at all costs has sadly corrupted the World .You will not be just a number here! You can feel the Genuine Care they have for their Customers and prospective ones to the point that you cannot believe that nice, professional and caring people still go above and beyond for their clients!I’d be willing to publish my personal phone number to take all dissatisfied people because there won’t be any!Great job Hope Staff!Bob Everett

Ive been a long time customer, and would have said I had no issue, until now. Laura can be abrut and talk over you and you can definately hear her agitation in her voice. I was due a new CPAP machinge and had meet my max out of pocket for my insurance. My machine and supplies were covered 100% until it came time to pick it up (or in my case have it mailed to me which I paid for without question $25) but then was told I owed another $152.00 for charges they were passing on to me not covered by insurance. I wanted to know what these charges were for and was told simply "Surcharges". I said I wanted an invoice with this explained in detail as I planned to look into this further with my insurance advocate. It was like pulling teeth to get something and then when they finally sent me a new invoice, it just listed in a note section Uncovered fees are "Excise Tax, Shipping Fees and Surcharges" (no amounts listed for any of these items). I already paid shipping, why am I paying that again.. Excise tax on medical devices according to the IRS are non taxible (I even provided them the .gov website confirming this). I emailed 2 more times over a week with no reply, then called and spoke to Laura again. Asked for her to send me the details again and this time to send me a copy of my perscription that they had on file too. Nope, just a letter saying from ResMed to them saying they were passing surcharges on to them. I have insurance for a reason.. how can they just ADD Uncovered charges with no explaination. I would say find somewhere else to do business. Check what youve paid. Buyer be ware!Update: After Reporting them to BCBS and it being investigated, I was issued a refund of the ADDED charges HHM wrongfully charged me.

I called at 4 a.m. to see if they were open on Saturday after my CPAP mask broke; Saturday morning I get a call from Hope; they saw I called and wanted to make sure I was okay. I told them about my mask and, even though they weren’t open, they had me come over and they gave me a new mask. Who does that? They are the best.

Kindest employees that go way above and beyond!!!! They called to make sure I didn't receive a renewal charge for the next month and checked in to make sure everyone was healthy! So sweet!!!!
