They have inexperience employees. I asked the worker about a product ,He said I don’t know anything about it. Told me that I can buy one and return because it was a gift for my wife. When I try to exchange because said it’s the one she don’t use and try to get another the associate said I can’t return. This place is only about making money and not care about the customers. This place has no customer satisfaction.

I had a great experience at this HOTBOX! Mayur assisted me during my visit and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products. He took the time to answer all my questions, made solid recommendations based on what I was looking for, and helped me make an informed choice. His assistance was not only helpful but also made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely coming back—highly recommend this place and Mayur in particular!
