If I could put 0 stars I would. I saw Andrew Marr for my taxes and I’m appalled. First of all, I almost over payed $1,400 because he didn’t add any of my mileage discounts. Once I realized that, I went back in asking about it and he tried to shift the blame onto me by saying “well you never gave me any mileage.” Meanwhile, he NEVER asked me for mileage and I’m a first time tax payer who doesn’t know how this works. (I’m also self employed) When we went back to amend my return and get the milage discounts in there, we found out that my original claim was REJECTED because he put my social security number in WRONG after I repeated it to him 27 times and even wrote it down for him. Once we corrected my social security number and added my milage discounts, I thought everything was fine. Until 2 weeks later when my tax money STILL hadn’t been removed from my account. I was VERY CLEAR that I wanted it paid via direct deposit. I went back in and he said that everything looked fine and to just keep waiting. After 3 weeks of the money still not being removed from my account, I went to a different HR block and spoke to a competent employee who immediately noticed that it said I was paying by check which I NEVER told Andrew to change. To be honest, he probably had no idea he even changed that and didn’t even notice that when I went BACK IN to ask why the money was still in my account. Incorrectly entering my social security number, not asking me for milage which almost resulted in me over paying $1,400, and changing my payment method to check without informing me when I specifically asked for direct deposit, are all just appalling service. Do NOT see Andrew Marr for your taxes.

Just left this location 30 mins ago. I don’t know his name but older guy with gray hair - I came in with questions and he was literally the rudest person I’ve dealt with in a long time. Very condescending, will not return nor give H&R Block anymore business.

Don't come here if you have a tax situation where one spouse is not in the US and is not American, they won't be able to solve it. Additionally, it might be useful to give a training on diversity. I specified multiple times that my spouse was a man, and the person helping me insisted on calling him my "wife". Finally, one of the people working here was extremely condescending in providing certain information about my tax situation. Please give them some customer experience training.Never using HR Block again.

I had a fantastic experience Mr. Andrew Maar a tax professional at H&R Block in Dallas, Texas. He was not only knowledgeable about Texas taxes laws but also certified to handle taxes for other states(i.e. New York). His expertise made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend his services for anyone seeking reliable tax assistance. Location ( Allen St, Dallas, TX).

Andrew Marr Need To Leave He Does Not Know What he’s doing and act as if the customer is wrong. I’ve been doing my Taxes with H&R Block all of my life and never had a experience so unprofessional rude and I’ve never left H&R Block office without getting my taxes done by them until today. If y’all see all them other reviews about Andrew Marr BELIEVE THEM I wish i would’ve took heed and not wasted my time with him today.

I dropped off all my documentation on a Monday and a week went by never received a call or text if they were working on it or not. By the end of the week I returned to pick up my original tax paperwork and was told a staff member not only took my paperwork out of the office but went out of town. The gentleman working there said he was going to have this staff person email copies to me. And I won't receive my original documents until 3 days later. This is not standard protocol to take clients paperwork out of the office. Now I fear identity theft and I may now have to seek legal counsel on this place.

Had an appointment scheduled with Sherry, who was unfortunately still with a customer when I arrived. Granted, I arrived minutes early.Andrew Maar greeted me, and was adamant that I had no appointment scheduled. Even when I tried to show him my schedule on my phone, he very rudely interrupted to offer assistance to another customer. Didn’t offer a chair for me to wait in, nor ask Sherry.Never coming back.
