0/10 would NEVER recommend. Not helpful in any way. Paid them to help file our taxes, he walked me through the FREE tax forms online. When an issue came up with the IRS about a discrepancy in amount paid, their answer was "You're going to have to call them and talk with them, we can't do anything". STAY AWAY

My experience was good. My tax preparer was nice and the other ppl in the office were very nice and friendly as well. I was pleasantly surprised when my tax preparer finished up with the client before us. She said she would be right with us and went to the back and got paper towels and some kind of sanitizing spray and she wiped down the chairs and the desk and everything. That really stood out to me and made me feel good about the safety precautions they practice there.Thank you for that Ms. Roxana @ the W. Davis office ?
