HIGHLY RECOMMEND VIDAURA VEGA. The government sent us a massive bill for the 2024 tax year and Vidaura assisted in responding to the tax authorities. We called the office requesting assistance and she was able to see us same day. She carefully reviewed several complex issues and prepared an amended tax return. The tax authorities actually ended sending us a refund. Super grateful to Viduara!

The service was exceptionally courteous and professional throughout the entire process. My tax representative, Mr. Romero, took the time to listen to my concerns and assisted me in claiming all the tax deductions I was entitled to. There were even some deductions I had forgotten about, which he helped me remember. I will definitely return next year!

I entrusted my financial matters to Ricardo Romero, hoping for a smooth filing process. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a critical error that left me from getting tax money back to owing 3k. I was notified by the IRS of the mistake; I reached out to Ricardo. Before my scheduled appointment in office, he prepared the taxes and called me. I said I set up an appointment and didn't want to sign online. He deducted my car and said this is why people buy new cars. When I went up to show him the problem, he said I told him my SUV was electric, I said no I would not say that and you already had them prepared, He said maybe govt did not have VIN yet. While we all make mistakes, he should not be doing taxes as he rushes around with people’s money and the IRS. Every professional is susceptible to error, how they handle it defines them. He tried the blame game and that’s not happening here. NEVER GO HERE OR USE HIM.
Oh, the only thing worse than Ricardo is the manager they’re completely useless again never go here

I've used H&R for years at a particular location when I moved to Texas. I decided to use this local one. That was my mistake. If you want your taxes messed up and for no one to take ownership of the mess, go to this one. Smh.
