Awful experience at this location. Needed COPY of the missing work sheet which could have been explain by email. Instead Ms. Smith email a form letter, 2nd email, with disrespected and 3rd email, no response or work sheet. I wasn't angry just confused.

Mr. Haggarity was unknowledgeable about anything besides the basics and very argumentative even going so far as to accuse me of breaking the law when I filed my tax return last year because he hadn't heard of a deductible. We left before they could prepare anything because we felt they didn't have our best interest in mind and didn't want to work beyond the bare minimum. If you have major changes to your taxes this year or complications, I recommend going somewhere more apt to help navigate through those, not here.
