Mr. Haggarity was unknowledgeable about anything besides the basics and very argumentative even going so far as to accuse me of breaking the law when I filed my tax return last year because he hadn't heard of a deductible. We left before they could prepare anything because we felt they didn't have our best interest in mind and didn't want to work beyond the bare minimum. If you have major changes to your taxes this year or complications, I recommend going somewhere more apt to help navigate through those, not here.

Ricky Haggerty is always super helpful and patient when it comes to needing info or filling out taxes for the year. This place is very unorganized! I had an appointment and was told it was with Tina who never showed. The other lady advised she was the only one in the office and she would have to work me in. My appointment was at 4pm I arrived at 345pm it is now 4:22 smh.
