Norma, is very un-professional. Gets frustrated when you ask for a break down of the fees. She tells me she’s too busy and I have to come in person to figure out how fees went from 69 dollars to over 250 dollars. The more money your W-2 shows the more you pay for them to do your taxes. I thought it would be easier and might be able to maximize a refund using so called “pros” but total opposite.
