I just wanted to give a huge shout out to this branch, and in particular to Juan.
I came to this H&R Block location in somewhat of a panic. Two weeks before the Filing Deadline, I had an appointment at another H&R Block branch in the area. Unfortunately, that experience was "poor", to say the least. My appointment at the other branch was late to start, chaotic, and ultimately resulted in my taxes not being completed by the end of this shortened appointment. In the following couple of weeks, I kept reaching out and asking about the status of my taxes. When I actually got a reply, I'd just hear vague promises of "We're working on it, and we'll get it done." Well, it turns out they weren't. And they didn't.
Enter why I'm thankful for this location and Juan. Two days before the Filing Deadline, I learned that the other location wasn't able to resume work on my taxes, and that I'd need to file for an extension. I spoke with H&R Block Customer Support, who arranged for this branch to take over my Return the day before the Filing Deadline. Juan and I met this morning. He skillfully, quickly, easily, and cheerfully completed completed my Return.
Frankly, the earlier experience left me wondering if I'd be able to trust H&R Block in the future. This morning's experience has redeemed H&R Block. I will be using this branch, and will be specifically asking for Juan again next year.
You guys are the best!

I know that when I step into the office that my tax preparer, Juan, is going to do the best job possible for me. On my own I always miss something which cost me. Let the experts like Juan take the stress & burden off of you. Well worth it!

Do not recommend this location at all!! I have been filing with H&R Block for 5 years and this is the first time I've had a less than excellent experience. When I booked I notified them I held different jobs in 2022 and also moved from a different state. I was told that was no issue. My tax professional, Brenda, googled in front of me how to complete a form, continuously asked me questions about completing forms on her screen, and just did not give me the impression she was knowledgeable or capable of filing my taxes. I paid $250 and was not worth the service. I contacted a different H&R professional and they indeed confirmed Brenda missed to enter information and I need to submit a correction. I will not be coming back to this location or working with Brenda. Do not recommend!

I absolutely Love this H & R Block!!!There in a good location to me, which makes it extremely convenient for me.I recommend if it's your first time with them,see and visit with Manuelita!!!Manuelita did my taxes for me last year. Let me tell you,my first interaction with her in regards to my taxes exceeded my expectations!!! Never have I ever been so beyond pleased with a tax preparer!!! That was until I visited the Abrams location and with Manuelita!!! I so very highly recommend her. Trust me u will not be displeased in any way!!!Marisela Espinosa ???????☝️??
