If you are expecting good customer service (or any customer service), you have come to the wrong place. They never return phone calls locally so I called the main customer service number. I got hung up on 3 times to be told on the 4th call to go to the local bank. It is Saturday and the bank isn't open. Horrible customer service. There are better banks that you don't have to take the time out of your busy day to go into the bank and will provide good customer service.
