We had IEDS move pack and move us out of our home after a recent flood. They were very professional and kind during the process. They assigned a point person who went above and beyond to make sure I was involved in the process and felt comfortable.The same team came back and moved us back in this week in 100+ degree heat and were amazing. Our things were moved back in place perfectly and the team was so wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this locally owned business.

IEDS is the best! We ship a ton of items to them and they always do a great job inspecting the products. Great moving crew as well-they always do a great job and are very professional. I mainly work with Daphanie and Stephanie and they are both PHENOMENAL! Always super quick to respond to my bajillion emails and very helpful. We love IEDS!

IEDS has helped multiple members of my family move too many times to count and each and every time is the best experience possible. I'm certain there is no other, better moving company to trust with your furnishings, art, etc. in North Texas, maybe even the country. The whole experience is extremely personal and from beginning to end, they treat your items with the best care possible. Moving is no fun but I actually don't dread it knowing that IEDS does the heavy lifting!

I used IEDS for a recent move. I read their contract which disclaimed responsibility for jewelry. So, I packed my jewelry separately and instructed them to not move it. My instruction was disregarded and they packed my jewelry and loaded it on their truck. When I asked where it was, they unloaded it and put it in my car. I transported the jewelry to my new home, and put it in a separate area away from other boxes that they were unpacking. They asked me to return to my old home to finish up some things, and when I returned the box with my jewelry had disappeared and they told me that they had unpacked it. When I went to check if everything was there, I found that a Watch and necklace were missing, totaling in value of $17,500. When I asked the owner how she planned on remedying the situation she told me she was not responsible and that I should have been wearing the watch. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional, and has contributed to fail to resolve the matter. The items were not only expensive, but sentimental. The whole experience was really sad and unpleasant.
