Nothing screams “screw your mall employees” like the mall convenience store not open prior to the mall opening for the workers who show up day in and day out early who might need a Red Bull or muffin. Jesus.

I have had the absolute WORSE experience I’ve ever had with anyone with the Pharmacy staff at the Lanterns Mall Location ,It’s safe to say they are the WORSE STAFF ON EARTH and definitely have not been trained,On the 7th of May i went to the mentioned location and asked for a drug I was given upon walking to the cashier I realized the drug was unusually priced and was way more than I normally pay in short I only walked with what I normally pay,I took it back and said to that

I am very impressed with the efficient processing of my order and fast delivery service. I placed my order on their website after 11:00 pm and the next morning just after 9:00 I received a call from the sales rep. She was so pleasant and very helpful, taking the time to check through the store for any requested items that were not shown on the website. Got another call shortly after, confirming the order total and by 10.35 my groceries were delivered. Excellent service all around!

Fantastic service from the Imart Haggatt Hall team. Simone took my order, followed up when it could not be delivered, encouraged me to pick up if I really needed it by joining the queue but spoke to the supervisor Shanelle to ensure items were still put aside. She communicated with me on her off day Easter Sunday to ensure all was well. Her diligence and personalised service was outstanding .The cashier was Kendria who diligently packed the items and kept reminding me to stand back while she did so but politely and Teo and Shadae are the ones who assisted with the take out of the bags. Shadae was all over the store assisting customers and ensuring all moved smoothly. Thank you to all of you. Well done

Quick look rating: 4/5 Food & Quality, 5/5 Service, 5/5 Value, 5/5 Experience Why write about a little gift shop, you ask? Bookmark, and know that this has some items that are not located anywhere else in the mall. (Small emergency stuff) To note: This is the to go place for mall employees! And really, you should bookmark and note this little place! I came here for a newspaper, and just thought what a treasure to share with my Yelp friends that might be stuck in the mall, with some small emergency! Let's just say you would like to get an odd item or even a newspaper at the mall, here is your go to place, they just might have it. Head phones, batteries, less expensive treats, or even a soft drink while you wait on the rest of your shopping crew! I'm just saying! (Self note:) I'd like to see more healthy choices there! The little iMart is up on the second floor of the mall in the north east corner! Clean, fun little place to know about!
