I would give NO stars if I could. This company is a scam operation. Don't know how Atlas got involved with then, but they just lost part of our shipment and will not provide replacement value even though we had Full Value Replacement Co erage. Don't trust them, don't hire them

Cannot give a higher commendation to Imlach Group and their crew that helped our firm move into a new office space this past month. I'm always weary of movers having had few poor experiences moving residences, but these guys are absolutely top notch. They not only got everything packed and moved in less time than we anticipated, but they approached everything with a "can-do" attitude and never made us feel like we were burdening them, even though I know we were putting them through the ringer moving items back and forth in the new office. Ian and his team are transparent, responsive, and all around service oriented. They have earned a repeat customer for life.

Fantastic experience moving with Imlach Group! The whole crew was very friendly, professional, and efficient. They took great care of all my things and went above & beyond to protect the fragile items. Would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again for any of my future moves.

Had the BEST moving experience with the Imlach Group!! So professional, helpful, friendly, and always on time! Went above and beyond to help us with every need we had. They met and exceeded all of our expectations!Expert packing, loading/unloading, and unpacking!! We were nothing but pleased and pleasantly surprised.Would absolutely recommend them to anyone moving!

We had a truly great experience with Imlach movers. Everyone we worked with was polite, prompt and knowledgable. We interviewed 4 other movers before choosing and we know we made the right choice with Mollie and her team. We had the perfect moving experience thanks to the Imlach Group. They provided us with all the materials we needed for packing and guided us expertly through every step of the process. The movers took care of everything much quicker than we could’ve imagined and went above and beyond to cater to all our needs. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with, from the coordinators to the truck driver and movers, and they all demonstrated professionalism and expertise in their fields. We’re so thankful for a stress-free moving process and will be lifetime Imlach Group customers!

IMLACH did an awesome job handling our recent move. Their employees are very professional and were responsive to our need to move quickly.They moved our furniture and personal items with great care. They handled our move 7 years ago and several members of their team returned for our last move. I recommend them often to others in need of their service!

BEST MOVE EVER!!!! From my first time working with Imlach in 2017, to our move from downtown Dallas to north Dallas, to the recent move from TX to MA, Imlach is by far the best we’ve ever worked with…and we’ve moved a lot!!Everyone we interacted with was kind, patient, quick to reply, efficient, and had a can-do attitude.Our movers Bill and Amanda were incredible to partner with - very hard working, friendly, with a great team effort mentality, as were the moving crews in TX and MA. We trusted and enjoyed the entire teams helping us, and that makes such a HUGE difference!!Moving is so incredibly stressful, especially when it involves selling a house, and renovating one from a distance, but everyone at Imlach made the actual moving process so much more manageable for us.Everyone at Imlach has our top rating. They are a class above!

I used Imlach for a large move from Virginia to Oklahoma. From start to finish, everything was done thoroughly and professionally. The attention to detail during the initial survey of the move was impressive and resulted in zero unexpected changes to the billing or to the physical move itself. Everything happened exactly on schedule. I will definitely contact Imlach if future moves are necessary.

Had a small, residential move in the Dallas area and hired Imlach & Collins Brothers for the job. There was great communication prior to move day and on the day of the team showed up on time. They worked quickly but were very thorough when it came to wrapping and padding my furniture, which I appreciated. They were able to finish ahead of schedule and without so much as a scratch on the walls or furniture. Would definitely use again.

I have moved several times and it is something that I hate. But since I started using Atlas it has been great experience. This time I used Imlach for an in town move and the experience was awesome. They had all the Covid measures and it was a seamless experience since I sent the first email. John and Nicole were super helpful through the whole process and on top of it. The moving team was super professional, they called ahead of arriving, they were on time and did a wonderful job protecting our furniture and moving everything. Super pleased with their work.

Linda Davis was very responsive and very detailed. She accounted for everything that was to be moved and communicated clearly the scope and expectations before during and after the move. Her team performed very well and and ensured that the building was protected from the entry door all the way to the suite. Incredible movers. When my wife asked them if they knew when we could get the pack and play our for our newborn, she expected the movers to say “we’ll get it when we get it”. Instead, the mover knew exactly where it was packed and got it out for her immediately.Incredible professional service and experience. Thanks so much for the move!
