I couldn’t be happier with my new home at Gables Park 17! From the moment I first toured the property to finally settling in, the entire experience has been seamless and welcoming, and that’s all thanks to the incredible team here.
Kanika went above and beyond to make my move-in process as smooth as possible. Relocating from California to Texas was stressful for me, but she was knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about making sure I felt confident and excited about my decision. Her communication was prompt and thoughtful every step of the way, and she made what could’ve been a stressful transition feel easy and enjoyable.
Once I moved in, Ana from the maintenance team made sure everything was perfect. She checked in personally to ensure I was comfortable in my space and took care of any small details with such care and efficiency. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to resident satisfaction, I genuinely feel supported and cared for here.
The apartment itself is stunning, and the location is unbeatable, but it’s the people who truly set Gables Park 17 apart. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to live with stellar service and a warm, professional team, this is it!

Really enjoyed our tour. Hate it don't offer any Educator incentives or move in specials like some of the other competitives. However, Still in top 5 of our stay!!! We are still in search of our future home and definitely would like a condo.

Just want to give a BIG shout out to Jerald and the property manager, Brenda for making my return the Park 17 a great experience. Both Jerald and Brenda quickly addressed a few concerns which I greatly appreciate. This is a wonderful building with a great responsive staff, not to mention an awesome location with some of the best views in downtown. Thanks again for making my return to Park 17 a great move!!

My move-in took place over several days due to multiple furniture deliveries and scheduled movers. As the saying goes, it takes a village—and that couldn't have been more true. Thanks to the incredible support of the leasing staff, maintenance crew, and concierge team, the entire process was a huge success.
Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating, consistently checking in with me until all my items had arrived and I was fully settled. Moving can be stressful and anxiety-inducing, but having such a responsive and supportive team made all the difference. They truly were there for me every step of the way.
Today I unpacked my last box and finally get to enjoy a relaxing weekend in my new home. I'm so grateful to be starting this new chapter with such a great team behind me!

Very grateful for the amazing team at Gables Park 17! I’ve been an Apartment Locator in Dallas for five years now and I have referred many clients to this property.
My clients who move to Gables Park 17 are always happy and usually renew their lease at least once. Management is very easy to work with and pays invoices quickly, which as a vendor, I can’t ask for more.

my girlfriend lived here from 2015 to 2023. I stayed here on weekends. The place was very secure - with friendly tenants and staff. We eventually bought a house together in San Antonio - but when we moved out I kind of missed this place and still do in 2025. Yes I suppose if I could start all over again I would move in here. For the same rent price she was paying we were able to afford a nice house together

I moved into Gables over the weekend and the team was so amazing. The concierge team and leasing staff made the process go as quick as possible, and I wouldn’t have been able to move in within the time frame needed if I didn’t get help from them. Kanika is the best and helped me through several curve balls that happened due to the application process. Her friendly personality and willingness to act quickly was a more influence in making Gables my home. But I must share that VERO, (application processing company) was the worst experience I’ve ever had filling out an application. If you are trying to move in within a few days, VERO could potential ruin that. The Gables Team knows more about their system then their staff does. There is no number to call and their website is confusing if you want to edit the application.

I’m in the process of moving into Gables Park 17, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! From start to finish, the team has been incredibly helpful and accommodating.
A special shoutout to Jerold, who has been amazing at staying in contact with me throughout the process. He was always available when I needed to check measurements in the apartment and made sure everything went smoothly. Jerold and the general manager Brenda went above and beyond to accommodate my early move-in request, making the process absolutely seamless. Can’t say how much I appreciate Jerold and Brenda helping us with this!
The 24-hour concierge team is also fantastic. I had a couple of packages arrive early, and Chris kindly held onto them until I could pick them up after work. Everyone at Gables has been super friendly and helpful. Booking the freight elevator for my move was also quick and easy, thanks to their efficiency.
Overall, the entire team at Gables Park 17 is incredibly responsive, respectful, and full of great energy. I can’t wait to officially move in and call this place home! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth and welcoming move-in experience in a great building.

**Update- I am pleased to report that management compensated my account for the additional funds that were required for movers due to the malfunctioning freight elevator. Thank you Jerold and Stephanie!!**
I currently reside here and have for 3+ years. While the 4 elevators are rarely all ever working- recently it has been treacherous living here. For the last 2 months, only 2 elevators have worked. And the elevators are synchronized so at times it feels like only 1 is working. I decided to upgrade apartments- while moving, the freight elevator stopped working. On that day, only 1 of the main elevators was working and so it would have been impossible to use the main elevators (wait times were up to 30 minutes and also completely packed). I had to pay hundreds off dollars out of my pocket to hire movers to come AGAIN on a Saturday at 6 am - due to that being the only open availability of the freight elevator. I have really enjoyed my time here but if I was looking to move into a new apartment- I absolutely would NOT choose gables park 17. I have a dog and it sometimes takes an hour between going up and down the elevator to take her out. They did send an email requesting people to take the stairs to lighten the load of the elevator situation- like that is easy to do from the 21st floor!

I have lived all over the world, experienced different luxury apartments, management and staff. This has got to be the worst ever experience in my life. A month into moving here, the building caught fire, sending every resident to live in hotels for 4 days. During this time, the electricity was off, so the building had no protection, so 4 cars were stolen out of our ‘private’ garage. The staff didn’t care. Now wonder they require you to pay for renters insurance. 8 months later, the pipes froze in our building, and oh, that transformer that caught fire earlier? Well it caught fire again, sending billows of smoke up and into the hallways of 24 floors! We were sent to hotels this time for an entire month. During this time, only 3 cars were stolen, AND 5 units broken into. We returned to find black soot all over our apartments from the fire. A few months later, 2 more cars were stolen again from the garage. When questioning the security camera footage, management told everyone, ‘it’s technology, they don’t work, nothing lasts forever’ LAZY LAZY! So now what? Ever since I’ve moved in here, the elevators (4 in total) have NEVER worked. And don’t bother telling management. Like everything else, they just blame it on someone else, in this case, “we’ve called maintenance and just waiting to hear back”. Oh and last year, when those pipes froze? Someone it broke the pool, so half of summer last year was spent going to hotel pools. The management team here is LAZY, they take ZERO responsibility, and when asked about the constant cars stolen, they tell you that’s the risk from living downtown in Dallas. I would never ever recommend this building to anyone and I will continue to make these posts until they fire the entire management staff here

I was very pleased touring Park 17. If you are looking for fantastic amenities and excellent view of downtown, then this is your place! The office staff is very friendly and made me feel at ease when answering my questions. The overall aesthetic is pleasing and I am happy I am going to be living at this property.
