Dr. Bank, and his staff are outstanding. I recently had cataract surgery in Houston performed by Dr. Koch. He recommended that I look into Scleral Contact lenses to improve my overall vision. I started investigating these lenses. I had two friends that were fit with these lenses . One friend had a corneal transplant and the other had advanced vision problems. They both were fitted by Dr. Bank. I set up an appointment and Dr. Bank and his staff are true professionals with all the latest technology to precisely measure and prescribe the exact lenses. All my life I could never see the big E with glasses . Now my left and right eye are corrected to 20 20. That's not bad for a 70 year old. Thanks Dr. Bank.

I highly recommend Insight Complete Eye Care. Dr. Williams is incredibly thorough and goes above & beyond to help his patients achieve the best vision possible. Chelsea in the optical department is phenomenal in what she does and so knowledgeable. Kathy in scheduling is top tier with her customer service as well as the ladies who handle to front checkin.

I was recommended by my ophthalmologist after my cross linking surgery. Dr. Banks, was able to relate to my situation and understood my vision problems and was able to fit me to correct contact lenses. I have been very satisfy and happy. The drive is worth it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stringfield for 3 to 4 years as I have a unique cornea condition. She is an exceptional doctor and person and despite having mixed experiences with the front staff I have continued to be a patient. But unfortunately, I now have to begin searching for a new provider after my experience yesterday. I was charged $250 for a just soft contact lens fitting for my teenage daughter. After obtaining the receipt and calling several other offices, I learned that the going rate for that fitting in Dallas ranges from $80 to $100. One office person said they had to go back and share what they had just learned with their back office. As a loyal patient, I feel embarrassed and taken advantage of. I was lead to believe the cause of this high charge was due of my lack of available vision benefits, but I now know that is secondary to the extremally high charge for the actual fitting.

Dr. Bank is extremely knowledgeable, caring and thorough. He spends a considerable amount of time with me, fine tuning. Thanks to him and his kind and dedicated staff, I’m not constantly reminded of my eye injury. My corrected vision is better than I thought possible. Highly recommend.

Dr. Banks is great, I have been going there for over 10 years and have always been treated well, never an issue. He takes the time to listen and answer any questions and concerns you might have. He is very personable, professional and knowledgeable with the latest eyecare treatment and technologies.

Dr Williams was able to give me a new contact prescription for my left eye that enabled me to see better up close. No other Dr was able to do so.
