By far the best customer service at a bank I’ve ever experienced. I work in service industry at a nicer restaurant where customer first in on the first page of the employee handbook. I value an establishment where the employees greet me when I walk in and make me feel comfortable and appreciated. They’ve got it down.

Walked in to cash a check and was treated as if I was stealing! Super ridiculous!!Im a vendor for several businesses and one has always paid me with check which I have cashed at the Waxahachie Texas location. I have never had problems until today at this location on Dallas. I can’t give them 0 starts or I would!

I'm not really into banks, and neither is Barbie. Hey banks! She's just not that inter you! I needed a little cash during the food tour of Dallas so when we were doing some high-end credit card shopping across the street at Victoria's Secret and Bath/Body Works, I popped over to the Interbank to use the ATM. I don't like that ATMs charge you for use either by the institution in question or by your own institution. That does bother me. It seems like a cool Bank though.

Sat on the phone Sat. for 1 hour on hold! Lucky I get free minutes on weekends! Then tried to call 5 more times and just got their recording again and again! If Customer Service is the Lifeblood of your bank as you state. Customer service flourishes and is nourished by it, y'all want be around long! I don't care how much money the rich guy that own's y'all has! I'm calling from Hawaii and have to adjust my hours work with your's, no problem! Put my money in Park Cities Bank and when it matures again, will moving it to another bank. Had a simple question to ask! Aloha!
