Exceeded my expectations!!! I placed an order first thing in the morning, and when I asked for same-day delivery, I thought that could negatively impact the results, but I still wanted it delivered today. I was wrong, the arrangement was STUNNING and way more than I expected. SUPER HAPPY WITH THIS and will be using you again. Thank you for such a great delivery today!

TERRIBLE SERVICE, they did not deliver the flowers for the day and time that was scheduled in advance and they also delivered the incomplete order. It was a birthday surprise. They are ZERO professionals. I called several times and they did not answer. They also don't have the courtesy to tell you what's happening. DO NOT BUY AT THIS PLACE.

I ordered flowers for my daughter who had a baby for same day delivery...when they didn't deliver I called and they said they couldn't deliver same day because no room number they said they would deliver next day and I told them to call my son in law to meet them...he said he would but never did....I tried calling them all morning but kept getting mailbox is full message no response to my texts or emails...now it's too late because daughter about to go home. I called hospital and they never heard of these florists and gave me a name of a reputable florist. After reading the other reviews I have decided to post a complaint with state of Texas attorney general...not sure if it's a scam or just extreme incompetence

This is a scam, I paid for a delivery on 1/6. Over $100 including tip, delivery fee, etc. I've called the number now probably 10 times and no one picks up. There isn't even a voicemail as it goes to a mailbox that is full? Extremely disappointed as I ordered an arrangement for a friend going through a really tough time. I will be reporting this to my credit card company as fraud.

We placed an order for 3 different arrangements for my Grandfather’s funeral an we were absolutely pleased with the way they came out. They got the roses to the perfect shade of blue and arranged them with all the Dallas Cowboys cutouts and goodies we could find to fit in our arrangements. They staff was so helpful and friendly, they have great prices and deliver. I totally recommend using them for your floral needs! Thank you so much ladies for your excellent work!

The fact that I have to leave one star for this Florist is even upsetting my my stomach. I have never been talked down to and insulted so poorly before. My order was suppose to arrive to the hospital where I almost lost my mother this morning. I called at one and was told 3pm the latest. I called at 4 and was told by the OWNER and I quote, “you want me to shut down my store and bring your mother flowers, I loose my business, there is war going on in the world, who do you think you are, I cancel your order and don’t need your business.” I would like to add that I did not ask him to close his business but to give me an updated ETA as I had my father in law waiting for their arrival. I don’t leave reviews often, I actually only like to leave reviews if they are positive but this Florist does not your deserve your business. If the owner would like to call me for more details, please reach out.

The flowers were ordered well in advance for delivery on a Monday. The intended recipient would be out of the office after Monday. When I found out the flowers were not delivered I tried calling the florist several times - their "mailbox was full". I emailed to cancel the order. No response. I was charged anyway. Do not trust this florist.

I would give 0 stars, if possible. I am so disappointed in this florist. I’ve never had a bad experience with a florist until this one. I called on May 25. He said the flowers would be delivered to my granddaughter after lunch on May 26. They were not delivered. I sent two emails and called many times. No calls to my daughter or myself saying they had a problem. Finally on Saturday (May 27), I contacted my credit card and cancelled the payment because they had charged me on May 25. I decided to call one more time at 2:45pm on May 27 to see if they would answer and find out why they never delivered them. He finally answered and said he the order was ready and he was about to call me but I had already cancelled the payment. I did not believe him. He also said his driver did not show up the day he had promised delivery, but had no excuse of why he did not contact my daughter or myself to let us know! Terrible business!!!

They charge 5 percent extra for credit cards. On top of that if you want to pay half cash half credit card they charge you the full 5 percent on the total. And if you question that policy they call you out for trying to save a buck fifty. How does kiss my $75 sale away. Going elsewhere

Absolute, horrible, horrible business I'll give it zero stars if I could. I ordered flowers over a week in advance to be delivered on Valentine's Day. After waiting around most the day, I decided to call and check up on the status of my order. I was the told by the man over the phone that they have no way of looking up my order or the status of my order and then told me to call back, I waited around 30 minutes and then called back and then the guy proceeded to tell me he has no idea, and he recommends that I call my bank and dispute the charge. Honestly, has to be the worst customer experience I've ever had, in any line of business.

Over-priced on top of rude. Lacks customer service skills. 6 roses for $21? Nothing special. Better arrangements and better prices found else where. Thumbs down.
