Store manage Bo is unaccommodating about defective items being returned for store credit outside of 30 day return window. Denim stretches out about 2 sizes (verified by the store associates themselves at this location and the JCrew Factory at Grapevine Mills) - I anticipated some of a stretch, and bought a size down my usual, and the level the jeans stretched out in month and a half I wore them is ridiculous. Will not wear or use the other pairs, that will definitely also stretch as it's the same denim. The North Park JCrew Retail store alternatively was happy to accept the items for store credit outside of the 30 day return window, but apologized they could not help me as the Factory store has separate policies. Bo - I will contact your corporate store about the defective items and terrible customer service mindset and also dispute this with my credit card company.

I agree with the recent employees who aren't what it use to be. I've always enjoyed shopping that store and this afternoon, I've discovered that the price scanned at register does not come out correctly. I've bought same items on 2 different occasions - today and less than one weeks back. All items have tags with sale price of $22.97 but when scanned at the register, it will pick up sales price of $33.97. Talked to the cashier and he would not adjust and told me that it was priced correctly

Traditionally fine, well made, and up to the minute fashion that makes a statement that the wearer of J. Crew Factory wear knows quality and will spend a % more to dress well.

I live close to the shops at park lane and swing by the JCrew Factory on a regular to see what deals they have. Since it's considered an outlet store it can be a hit or a miss when looking for items. However in the past 12 months I was able to find well priced, great fitting slacks, button ups, and blazers for 1 wedding, 1 engagement party and 2 funerals, sadly. This is always my first go to place to find an outfit for a nice event or a casual weekend getaway.
