Sales representative assured me the classic tees would not have noticeable shrinkage when washing/drying. After washing on cool/delicate dry, they are now all too small and I am out $200.

I visited the North Park location today to make an exchange, and I have to say, Diana, the J. Crew representative, was absolutely amazing! Her customer service skills were top-notch – she was patient, friendly, and made my experience seamless and pleasant. If Diana isn’t already in a management role, I highly suggest she be promoted as soon as possible – she truly deserves it! The other associates were great as well and contributed to a fantastic shopping experience. Outstanding service all around!

First of all, I have to say that I absolutely love J.Crew. This store, in particular, stands out as one of the nicest J.Crew locations I’ve ever visited. They recently revamped the store’s decor, giving it a fresh and modern feel that enhances the shopping experience. The layout is well-organized and visually appealing, making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for.
The store offers an extensive selection of J.Crew products, almost encompassing everything the brand makes. For men, the store boasts a diverse range of options, from sharp suits perfect for business or formal occasions to casual wear that’s stylish yet comfortable. The men's shoe collection is also impressive, featuring everything from classic dress shoes to trendy sneakers.

I am a regular customer in Fort Worth and Southlake store so when I walked in to this location on Thursday April 25th at approx 1:30ish pm , was shocked to run into a very rude associate. First of all I greeted her as opposed to her greeting me as a customer, when I requested her help she was very short, and went out of her way to be rude. I have never experienced this at any J Crew in my 56 yrs. I did get her name. “Julia” she was wearing a Náutical crème tunic with navy stripes. Meanwhile, there was another young woman , I did not get her name, however she was very happy to help.

The $118 straw shoulder was not put together well, looked “cheap” like a $20 bag looks, and didn’t even have a cloth lining!outrageous. J.Crew must be going downhill fast!

I purchased a pair of jeans 2/29/2024. Donald was very helpful. The gal who did checkout was nice. Price was more than I usually spend, but the need for a good fitting jeanwas more important than price. I certainly will get another pair of jeans or 2 .

Everyone in the store was so nice and patient with getting me a return! I was greeted with a smile and offered a coffee right as I was about to go to Starbucks to get one for myself. I had to return later (personal reasons) and the staff for the next shift knew who I was and made my “difficult customer” experience amazing. Very welcoming and hospitable! Hands down the best experience I’ve had in retail in a while!Please notify the staff that I’m grateful for them! And to them… thank you and I’m sorry I don’t remember y’all’s names ?Guy with dark hair with a “v” line haircut (looks cool… not a dig on ya)Gentleman with a clean scalp was very informativeAnd general manager/regional manager… whichever, she brought a smile to the storefront and reminded me of my mom I lost last year… I felt right at home.Again, whoever sees this message please let the employees lister know I’m very appreciative!

Had a really weird experience with a gentleman, borderline racial profiling. On 12/22/23 around 2:30-3:00, while looking at a jacket, a caucuasian gentleman that works there hovers for a bit, and then comes up to say “Sorry sir, that’s not on sale in case you didn’t know”Thanks. I could read, and afford a lot more than you assume.Hope no one else goes through that, I won’t.

Really pleasant experience visiting this store. Donald was excellent at assisting me with picking out items, personable but also super professional.I went to this store a few times around Black Friday, a stressful time for staff no doubt but was super impressed with how calm and professional the employees were - Anteneh was my cashier a couple times and was super friendly and efficient.Very impressed with this J Crew!
