I don't understand the source of these bad reviews, but seems like someone is trying to slander this company.
I have worked with them for at least 5 years and my experience has always been great. I have purchased at least 20 shirts, trousers and sportcoats. The products are high-quality and durable. On rare occasions when the fit was wrong, Hilburn was quick to make a correction.
I would definitely recommend trying for yourself.

Love this store! Love this look! Bought my wedding tux from J. Hilburn. My stylist Tosha Martin drives in from the Frisco store to meet me every time. 5-Star service and expertise.

To say the least I have never heard of this company or live anywhere near Dallas..For this company to try and be using my card info and charge me for stuff I would not buy.. It is you as the company processing a payment for mechandise.

Fraud!!!! These people are commiting fraud! Keep trying to use my credit card information to charge me for who knows what? I don’t even know who these people are but they are trying to empty out my bank account! Calling BBB and notifying police department immediately!! Don’t get scammed!

employees are committing fraud, using cards that do not belong to them, and hanging up in a concerned persons face, I do not live in Dallas Texas so why would I be getting charged in Dallas Texas for suit attire. I will find out who you are and you are getting reported to the police

Great shopping experience. Didn’t buy suit as it was expensive for us but highly recommend Robert. He was patient and provided with options and great choices for trials. This the only place that offered making a suit in 4 weeks!! Other suit stores take upto 6 weeks or more

We have had a horrible experience. We came in 1 month ago for a custom shirt for a 300 lbs bodybuilder. The shirt is for a wedding we are traveling to in Big Bear, CA. We have ordered here before and the customer experience has always been bland and seems like there are a lot of issues with delivery but the product has been nice.This experience however reinforces that the customer experience is of zero priority to the company. Our shirt was order 1 month ago for $300. We ordered Rush delivery and were told we would get text updates but the shirt would arrive on the 22nd. We called on the 23rd to find out if it arrived and were told the sales rep was busy and would call us back. Instead we drove down there only to find that the shirt had arrived on the 14th. So the sales reps let a shirt with rush delivery sit in the storefront for 10 days. When we tried the shirt on, it was so small the gentleman couldn’t even get his arm in the second arm opening. This could have potentially been fixed if we would have been notified when the shirt arrived but because we were never notified it is now too late to get a shirt that actually fits for an event that is very important to us.The sales rep who took the order and whose duty it was to get the measurements correct was more interested in helping a potential wedding party than doing the job at task in front of him and correctly measuring a human who has proportions that needed attention to detail. Which is exactly the reason we entrusted j hilburn.There was no apology from the representative just an offer to refund the card. J hilburn completely dropped the ball, showed no interest in making it right, immediately said “there’s nothing we can do” and was ready to help the next customer as soon as we walked out the door.

Went to this location and ordered about $5,000.00 worth of clothes. Everything was sent to my home address and NOTHING came fitted to me. The most frustrating part of the process was the fact that I had to do an 2hr long fitting prior to ordering the cloths that was suppose to pinpoint every measurement and streamline this process. They literally had me strip down and stand in a machine that took pictures of my entire body so they could “pinpoint” my exact measurements. I will admit it was a little unsettling to have to re take all the same measurements by hand but I was more than patient. When the clothes came in I had one shirt that had my initials printed on the naval…. When I tried to contact my rep she was unresponsive. It has been a year now since i ordered the cloths and have still never heard from my rep even though I have left multiple messages. Please avoid this place at all costs! Look for photos on the cloths. I will post them soon
