So far my experience has been mixed about the place, I live around the area so trust me when I say this it can be a hit or miss. Depending on the time you go and to which employee your greeted by, you could have no problem at all or the complete opposite. 8/10 I have zero problem, food is just right my order is right, but sometimes Depending on the employee and how busy the drive through is, you might be kept standing. And I understand alot of the reviews, but at the end of the day it's a FAST- food place and over time the name doesn't imply to how fast food comes out anymore. Or the quality, ur buying food from a fast food place that keep in mind is busy so it ain't a restaurant. At night it can be a bother and around 12 can also be a pain. Anyways that's enough with my rantingDietary restrictions: They have a number 16 teriyaki bowl with egg roll and its pretty good.

I go to this Jack in the box at least six times a week and every time the customer service is excellent they have very patient workers and the night shift crew is always full of energy.Chris is my favorite person to see, great with conversation and has a smile worth coming back for. ??This place is family. I wouldn't want to eat anywhere else. The app is the best way to save money and order early.Vegetarian options: They have day breakfast and other options for foodies.

This place has some bad reviews about timing food delivery and other things that i didn't read, but tonight Cris short guy curly hair took care of me and was fast with my delivery made my salad just how i wanted, i asked for no dressing since i don't like all dressings and got it with no dressing, which in other occasions I would order and ask for no dressing and for my surprise I would end up having mayo or ranch on the burger, I always see people posting bad reviews but they never put the names of the people that did a bad job, but anyways good job to cris you can find him at night shifts

Spent 10 minutes in drive thru.. Placed an order for 2 combos when I got to the window she had only 1. She said I didn't order 2I was like I even asked for bacon on the 2nd combo with a coke she's like well no we don't have it. I told her forget it just charge me the 1 I'll go somewhere else for the other food and will not be coming back here. I drive by here everyday hadn't stopped by since I never had time I'm glad when I finally did I wasn't so pressed for time it would have made me lateYou need more staffing better training and definitely better customer service. People who work here have a job because people decided to go spend their money there, that's a choice we should not be treated as an inconvenience when you can't do you job right.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would but I used to stop here every morning as I work in casa Linda and I love jack in the box ice coffee BUT I had to stop coming here the manager chelo or something like that is soooooo rude everytime I would go here including this morning she gives me attitude she’s beyond rude one morning I watched her and a co worker standing there laughing and playing around and didn’t even start my order until I had to ask her about it and she was like oh let me get it for you and then started making it after abt 5 mins of me waiting I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it was continuous my order is never right I always have to get out and go in to get the correct stuff and when I do I’m given attitude like it’s my fault i have worked in customer service for years and that manager CHELO OR CHUELO NEEDS TO GO ASAP idk what kind of manager laughs at there customers and makes jokes and plays around in front of customers that is not good customer service at all unfortunately I won’t be coming back but I’m hoping this helps other people from making the mistake of even going to this location hopefully they make changes to there staff asap or I feel like the business will continue getting bad reviews about that manager she is not the image I would want for my company

This store is slow and rude, they refry the fries and the jumbo jack meat is so dry, like it's been all night sitting in holding pans. I asked for refund and the boy refused to give my monies back until he heard me talking to police. Then he went in his pocket and gave me some change slapped my hand so the change fell on ground, I had to get out my car to get my change. Can't tell the so called mgr. Consuela cause she is also rude and loud, they act like they don't speak English? Some of them have been working there for years and you tell me you don't speak Jack in the box English? Where is the owner? do he know how rude and disorganized this place is? And when you go inside nobody recognizes you cause they all are working drive thru. It's terrible that the owner doesn't give a damn about the customers cause if they did I wouldn't be writing this review. Also when another race work there they sabotage them by cooking slow to make it seem like it's the cahiers fault then the next time you go back that person is no longer there. I have seen this happen several times and it's not cool at all. This store is raciest to the fullest. I will never go back to this racist place again. And Jack in the box corporate need to look into this for real.
