Classic bait and switch so unprofessional. Gave us a quote then after taxes where readyMore than doubled the price. A week after they filed our taxes we get a letter from the irsSaying a mistake was made and we owe over $500 dollars more. Have nothing but bad things to say about this company. Never ever again.

Excellent tax preparation service from Jackson Hewitt. I have been using them for the last 10 years and always get very knowledgeable service even on occasional complicated returns. I've always had the same tax preparer who has a broad financial background. Very grateful for his services.

I’ve filed my own taxes for the last 7yrs due to past poor experiences I’ve had with getting my taxes prepared. This year I decided to have my tax return filed with Jackson Hewitt for the very first time. I’m beyond happy and satisfied with my experience with Mr. Gerald Bunger. He was very professional, knew what he was doing (Accuracy) means a lot to me :) and got my return done efficiently. This is the place to go for all your tax needs. I will most definitely be back next year to see him! Awesome job Sir.

The Mockingbird location in Dallas was beyond wonderful. I honestly was so shocked with how nice and polite everyone was here. I had three years of taxes to get done ??. 2019,2020,2021. Teresa Collins was INCREDIBLY NICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FAST, and had wonderful communication. I dropped my stuff off and left and came back two days later to go over everything and actually got money back for two out of the three years after thinking since I hadn’t done them that I would be owing a lot of money. I will definitely be back every year. If you go ask for Teresa, if she isn’t there, the other two people in the office were just as kind and sweet as well. Thankyou Teresa. I appreciate all that you did for me.
