I worked many years ago for Jackson Hewitt, that's one reason for choosing them for tax prep. We included some items in our file when we went. But the preparer did not ask any questions that would make sure we were getting all that we were entitled to. We had some changes that probably would have made a difference in our return for this year.

Have not received my income tax back for 2020, it's been 4 weeks at least, And I still haven't received my stimulus check that we got this year and the lady at Jackson hewitt did not even file it with my w2 now that's extra money I have to pay to file for my stimulus check this has not been a successful yr with Jackson hewitt
