Service SUCKS at Jaguar Dallas. 2 chances. Same results. First time - Took my $100K F-Type S in with a battery issue in 2022 and they said it was fine. Picked it up and the next day the battery was dead.Second chance, took it in for an oil/filter change and an inspection in 2023. $400 later, was advised that they couldn't deliver on the inspection as their equipment was "down".Buy a Porsche or a Benz and do business with a company that understands how to deliver customer service.Great job guys!

I have a 2023 Defender, the second one I've had, I bought both cars from this dealership, I had to get rid of the first one due to multiple issues; the car had electric problems, sometimes it wouldn't start and all the digitals would go out completely for several minutes. The "technicians" told me they couldn't find the problem, this was an exhausting experience, I brought the car back to that shop several times hoping to get it fixed but everything they said to me was.. we perform software updates and the problems should be solved.. they didn't solve ANYTHING! Now with this new Defender I have very similar problems. My car has been back at that mediocre shop for almost 2 weeks now, the sunroof was defective and I ordered an air compressor, plus the car makes some weird clicking when I am about to open the door (I have reported this problem before and every time I have done it, they tell me the same BS.. we can't hear it sir) so I recorded several videos for them, now they've heard it.. the car has been sitting parked at the shop all this time, they haven't finished installing the sun roof, the air compressor has not been installed and nobody has addressed the clicking problem. This car is not cheap, I can't afford to have it parked at that pathetic shop.If you are thinking about getting a defender, maybe you should consider getting a Nissan or a Hyundai, much better options! And if you own a piece of junk made by Land Rover that needs repairs, take it to any other shop or dealership. This place is beyond mediocre.I don't even dare to give this place a single star but I have to in order to upload this post.

Horrible service all the way! Nobody ever answers the phones and If by some miracle you manage to get an appointment for a service, be prepared to wait with no access to info and then be charged a ridiculous amount for the "fixed" issue to return even before you leave the lot. Have had an issue with the front sprinklers for 2 years on a 2018 Discovery which they can seem to figure out, they now have the nerve of telling me it's no longer covered under warranty ... 2 years!!!! Incompetent service team, bad quality over all. Long gone are the days of solid Land Rover engineering. Stay away for this car and especially this dealership!

Called the dealership on a Saturday afternoon to see if I can get my wiper fluid topped up on my 2021 Range Rover. They said the service center closed but their shop was open. I asked if I can buy some at their shop. They said to check back on Monday and I cannot buy anything from the shop when it was still 3pm on Saturday. This experience confirmed to me why I purchased my Range Rover from Park Place in Grapevine who immediately told me to come by and they will top it up. This dealership and its staff just doesn't care about customer service.

Smh ........ SCAMMERS in the service department. Sad that third party vendors are more honest and won't try to recommend you services you don't need. Land Rover Dallas staff is nice , BUT they lie in your face just to get your money. 90% of recommendations aren't even needed. But this is Dallas and the money is good here. So most customers just cut the check , no questions asked. Im better off driving up to Oklahoma City to get my car serviced at the Range Rover dealership there.

Just like everyone else is saying - we had an AWFUL experience. From Sales to Service to Reception - it was poor customer service. This was the same in both the Frisco and Dallas locations. It can't be a coincidence at this point, sadly this is just the culture. When I voiced my concerns to management, they apologized but that was about it. I don't want an apology, I want better service. Overall, I would NOT recommend going here to others, and we will not be buying another car from here. Below are just some of the highlights:Sales: Buyer beware!!! They will sell you a car without telling you that it only has 1 key fob. When you go to get in the car to drive off the lot and ask about the other fob. They said there's only 1, you'll have to buy another one...And wait, that's about $990 to replace it. As others have stated, they are also NOT knowledge about the cars at all! Had no clue about half the functions.Service: They will give you an incorrect estimate on labor, and then say "oops you owe $550 more"Receptionist: They will tell you, "I'm not sure what you want me to do, I'm just the receptionist" when asked if they can set up an Alto ride for me to pick up my car while my Service rep is tied up on the phone.

OK, I don't usually write reviews, but our service experience over the last four years at the Dallas Land Rover dealership has been exhausting. The sheer frustration and time wasted with them can't be quantified.Even with two cars under full warranty, with straight-forward warranty repair problems, they've allowed inept service advisors to consistently ignore correspondence from us.Once we've dropped off a car, it's taken hounding to get a call back within two weeks, at best. Loaner? Ha, almost always unavailable! They've been UNABLE to explain significant technical issues they'd like to charge you for and don't give necessary DETAILS on repairs, costs, concerns....Sadly, it's because the advisors are way out of their depth, like Ana G. Of all, the least helpful rep ever, who's shown over and over to be incapable of handling anything more complex than an oil change. The manager has been even more difficult and can't sort out basic concerns.Definitely not recommended if you expect even minimal communication or reliable service!
