We were very disappointed with the service from Montana at James Avery. She appeared uninterested and wasn’t helpful during our visit. My daughter even tried to make conversation with her about a charm, and she completely ignored her. As loyal James Avery customers, this was a surprisingly unpleasant experience and not the level of service we’ve come to expect.

Absolutely LOVE Nicole!!! She needs a raise!!!! Came in today and she was so sweet, personable, and genuine. I also ended up buying some things which I just came into look. I loved her. Sweetest staff ever and love their jewelry. 🩷

Update:
David the store manager contacted me and was super apologetic about the situation and Estefania was super sweet and got my charms replaced.
Bought 3 charms online, took them to this location mind you brand new only took them to get put on and when i picked up they were all scratch. No solution from the sales person. All she could say idk what to tell you. Super mad that they were scratched and looked dirty. These arent cheap for them just to damaged them

We are out of town, and one of my rings lost its shape, got caught on something while packing the car.
We walked in with what I am sure was less than 5 minutes before they closed for the night, I didn’t even realize until we walked out.
They fixed it for me right then and there.
I am so appreciative of the kindness of the ladies working tonight.

Walked in for a ring that was discontinued and got to meet Judith. She explained that they probably didn’t sell but helped me and walked me through sizing. Then at the end gifted me this ring sizer. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

I went with my teenager to purchase more charms for her bracelet. The lady at the register looked at us asking which one we want, I said I don't how to explain, their is many similar ones. I asked her if she can step out so I can show her. It is very nice place it's JAMES AVERY , and definitely needs better customer service. They need to work a lot more on sence of urgency,
She told us that we need to come back after 5 pm so we did and there was a long line , OMG , they were so slow. I can't !! Maybe because I am not a teenager and I will never wait all their time to get a bracelet.
No no no , it's horrible .

Hello,
My husband and I recently visited over the holiday weekend. We went to buy a charm bracelet for my daughter. Which we did and didn’t regret, but I was embarrassed by an employee who anyone could recognize with the many charm bracelets and necklaces she had on from James Avery. She made a point to brag multiple times throughout our conversation. I asked about the charm event of buy the charms get the bracelet free that someone told me James Avery does. In front of a few people she laughed and said she has never heard of that event and she’s been wearing James Avery since she was 12/13. I remember that because she kept repeating it. We got the charm bracelet and headed home. Shortly afterwards, I received the advertisement in the mail about the charm event. James Avery please inform your super fan employee that you have a charm event so she doesn’t laugh at another customer.

Hello, I went to James Avery on Sunday it was around closing time and well I was walking around what I saw I liked to get for myself but I also went because I had questions. Nobody greeted me or nothing and then as I was walking to the registers I get this ugly look I get it everyone is trying to go home and all I would want to too !
But I just went in there to ask questions I never wanted something to be done to my bracelet or nothing, I went up to the lady in front I did not catch her name but she is a old white lady with a lot of rings and bracelets kinda hippy style . I asked her “how long does it take to add a charm?” and she says “when do you want it TODAY?? I told her “well if you can today I just wanna know the time “ she said “we can’t do that today, but no worries just grab some dawn some carbon dioxide and scrub it you should be good .” I was so confused because that was not my question so I said “no ma’am I asked how long would it take for me to add a charm.” She said “ohh well depends how busy we are takes and hour or so “ I said “oh ok” she did ask me “to pick up tomorrow before lunch “ I said no because I live like 1 hour away from this mall. Then I wanted to look at a ring that they have and she was like what does it look like or what’s the name i honestly had no idea what was the rings name or nothing after she told me , I can go wash it home with some dawn soap I found that very offensive that she told me to go wash my own stuff even tho that’s not what I asked for . I am Hispanic she looked at me ugly as soon as I got there she was just looking at me… I cannot believe this … its not the first time I go this mall but it’s the first time in this James Avery and already having bad customer service . NEVER COMING AGAIN .. Felt so discriminated by the way she treated me this is not okay.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always a must visit for high quality and sentimental jewelry. They restored an important 20 year old charm for me to like new.

Christmas gift was lovely, but the wrong size. It was actually lovely to know that with James Avery, we could return the item and get the right size. Well stocked quality inventory. Competent and caring staff. Northpark location afforded us walk around browsing after all the holiday rush.
