They ruined two brand new Sid Mashburn shirts my husband had not even worn. Took them in to be pressed and got them back ruined. They also destroyed a dress of mine but told me it was “still at the warehouse” to delay giving it back. They did not offer to reimburse us for the cost of cleaning the items they ruined, or the items themselves which I do believe they should for the never worn shirts we sent in just for pressing. The actual service and customer service are lacking. I had the same issue over the summer when I sent in a Vince dress and received it back with a giant snag down the front. No offer to even refund the cleaning after they ruined it.

DO NOT GO HERE. if I could leave 0 stars I would. This place used to be great until they changed ownership. Just last week they burned three holes into an expensive gown and ruined two brands new $200 men’s dress shirts by clearly pressing them at way too high of heat. They refused any wrong doing. Our neighbors have experienced the same issues and stopped going. Do not go here.

Excellent and detail-oriented. I had forgotten about an item and they called me a month later to remind me to pick it up.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel this is necessary.
For many years, this was my go-to dry cleaner. I appreciated their consistency and trusted them with my clothing. However, in the past few months, the quality of service has noticeably declined. On several occasions, my white dress shirts have been returned with stains, which defeats the purpose of using a professional cleaning service.
I brought this up politely with the manager, hoping to resolve the issue constructively. Unfortunately, rather than listening to my feedback, she dismissed my concerns and told me I could take my business elsewhere.
This is not the way to treat a loyal, long-term customer. It’s disappointing to see how much the customer service and quality have declined.

Their hours have become more restrictive. Their prices have gone up. They are supposed to open at 8am. By 820 am- nobody there. I called- it is a cell phone, with just a hello (Not- This is Jet Cleaners- how can we help you). Why are they late? The answer is traffic. Give me a break- you should be there at 730 to open at 8. Im going elsewhere.

Their price is way too expensive compared to other stores in the area. The previous owner was very kind and provided a reasonable price. This new owner is unkind and even rude and offers outrageous prices. DON'T BOTHER GOING THERE.

They used to be a reasonable cleaner for the price, but will be moving on after a second price increase. $6 for a shirt, you can get pickup and delivery service for that price.

Don’t bother using this dry cleaner. Their prices are outrageous compared to other dry cleaners in the area. I used this one twice because it was close to home but the price is not worth it.

I don’t utilize the cleaners often, but when I did the work done was ok. I’ve definitely experienced better.

After 18 years of bringing my clothes here, I need to part ways based on new management. For starters, prices went up 50% overnight. Next, they started laundering my shirts instead of dry cleaning them without telling me, and they blamed it on me for not telling them in advance even though they never warned about all the changes they implemented. And lastly, trying to have any kind of civil conversation with the new management is just impossible. They constantly interrupt and blame everything back on the customer, without even know what they are arguing about. Tried giving them a few chances, but it is time to leave.

Quality has gone down since change of management. I've been using them for years but not as much the last few years since the pandemic. Took couple blouses in, they couldn't get the stain off which my cleaner in another state is able to and the charge was not cheap. The old manager was more attentive. Will not be returning.

Quality is good but the hours are inconvenient. Open hours 7am-5pm on weekdays?! I am NOT a morning person and I have to get up early to pick up my clothes before work Also pricing is high. I brought in a dress that needed to be pressed in the skirt part. Upper body material was non wrinkled (dress is new). And I was charged $11.07 including tax!! So expensive!! Gonna find a new dry cleaner!!

It is obvious I am late to the game here. Jet has changed ownership. Clearly. There is no way the original owners would allow the shenanigans going on to go on. And, I turned a blind eye to it all for far too long. Until now. I should have known better; I have only myself to blame.Mamma "Jet" would never have allowed the repair work I received to have gone out in the first place. The thread matched. I know this because I can see it.

Leidy is great. She is always polite and professional. They provide a great level of service. They cleaned my suede jacket at a very reasonable price compared to what other cleaners were offering.
