Some of my sandwich meat & cheese were loose in the wrapper & not on my sandwich. The cashier kept ringing up just a sandwich instead of a meal even after I told her about it.

I went 02/01/2024 to this location I was really disappointed! They gave me the wrong order ,when I went up to the register the man that was there walked away,I haven’t said anything he just didn’t want to help, a young lady helps and I open to show that it was the wrong sandwich she starts to take out the meat and redoing it at the register Im standing there being patient and kind and thinking maybe it’s her first day whatever!well another lady walks in they are speaking Spanish,and it was not very nice things they were saying about there customer's, that were eating there, I walked away with the sandwich but will never ever come back to this place ever again, I felt like I wasn’t treated with respect even though I was nothing but kind I hope they don’t treat any of there customers that way.

Well apparently their closing time isn’t 10pm. I placed an order a couple mins before 10pm and it still shows that they’re preparing it. I decided to call and was informed they cancelled it. No apology, nothing . Just a slight attitude from the young lady who answered. I know it’s closing time and you’re ready to go home but you should change your hours to reflect exactly when you actually close, or at least be a little more friendly and apologetic for wasting people’s time. Now I have to wait for the money to be refunded apparently . Don’t waste your time people there are plenty of sandwich shops around .

Delivery order that was handled perfectly!Delivery was on time and correctly with a friendly face.Sandwiches ingredients were great quality and delicious. I recommend this location when staying in the area.

This is my favorite Jimmy John's in the area. Of course they're quick, but the service is friendly! I enjoy the Italian night club and I always add the peppers to spice it up. I love their wheat bread! There is plenty of indoor seating and a few tables outside to enjoy the weather as well. Parking in front and in the parking garage. Security in the area help with the homeless coming from the hospital. I always feels safe here.

Love the sub’s l order lunch twice but the only thing whoever made the sandwich they didn’t put enough lunch meat l order turkey sub and it only had 2 slices and little of lettuce one tomato . l didn’t receive my sandwich the way l order it .

I love Jimmy John's and I order all the time. However this particular store misses the mark in customer service quite a bit so I decided to share. Overall the employees do not wash their hands before making food. On a regular I visit and if I don't ask them to change them, they take my order on the register with gloves on and head straight to the bar to make my food with the same gloves. They also will walk all around that prep area opening doors to look for things and think they're going to make my sandwich with the same gloves.A few times when I ask for the vinegar and oil on the side, they put it on anyway. I take my food to work and sometimes cannot eat it until a few hours later. When I order it with bread this could totally ruin the sandwich for me, and it has.Yesterday I went in before work and ordered an "unwich". I asked for extra lettuce and I got it... but it was all brown. Why would you even have lettuce that looks like that on your bar to serve to people? In food service, you should not serve people things you yourself wouldn't want to eat. This tells me they really don't care about the health and safety of the customers. The lettuce is old... throw it out. I sure wish they would do better because I shouldn't have to stop shopping there.

Absolute joke of employees staffed at this location. Get mad at you when they over charge, can’t take the time to change dirty gloves or clean food stations. Zycoria was extremely rude.
