We had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealer. My wife and I made an appointment 2 days in advance to test drive a specific car we found on their website. They scheduled the appointment, then proceeded to call, text, and email me multiple times both about my appointment and about “great deals” they had for us.
It wasn’t until after we arrived that they told us that they had sold the car we were interested in, and this was only after we had to ask them specifically to see the car we inquired about.
After a test drive of a similar (but more expensive) car, we waited to get the trade in value for my current car. Our sales rep then stepped away for no fewer than 45 minutes with my keys, and he only returned to try to sell us a newer model of the car with different specifications than the one we had discussed. We declined and again asked to review the price for the car we had driven or for our keys so we could leave, and only then did he return with a sales manager who tried to pass optional fees for additional warranties as “possible savings”.
This entire process was the kind of cliche folks read about. The people we worked with were somehow very aggressive and in no rush to provide a good customer experience.
To top it all off, the manager assured us they would send us a revised counter offer addressing some of our concerns, and we have not heard anything from them. All in all, we would recommend shopping elsewhere for your next car.

Great service from the sales agent (Luis Garcia), he was very informed about the car and the plan we were looking for, he took us to the car lot to look at the different car colors available and worked expedite to release our loan. Excellent service. This is the second car we buy at Eagle Honda and both times we had a good experience.

This is the worst Honda I’ve experienced .
The service teams needs to be retrained .
When I pulled in , no one came to assist me for 10 minutes , so I went inside .
Everyone was talking amongst themselves and did not look busy.
I literally had to say out loud “can I please get some help”
I simply just wanted to get my tire pressure checked.
The only guy who took initiative
Even though he seemed the most busy was Greg was the one who helped me

This is the best place to get your vehicle serviced! The customer service is exceptional, and they offer a wide variety of snacks and, of course, coffee. My go-to person is EDGAR JUAREZ. Sold a car out from under me while we were negotiating. Then tried to get me into another car that was not comparable by any means. (their way of breaking the news to me? Pulling the car up to the window while I'm negotiating and trying to get me to switch) But honestly that was the good part because it helped me find a better deal elsewhere. Once I saw the 25% increase in price because I was paying cash I knew they were gross. I said in front of the salesman that it was because I was paying cash and he admitted it after my mother said that I was wrong. I know the car business, and I'm not stupid. Terrible business practice. Never be back again!
Go to echo park in grand prairie. Their prices are set to the online price which is cheaper than everywhere else, I was able to walk out with just cash title and license on top of the internet price in 30 minutes.

Gabriel is awesome. I’ve had some issues with my Accord but man, he somehow makes it all make sense and just handles it like a pro. I trust this dude 100%…enough to where I don’t even look anywhere else now. Thanks again, Gabriel and the rest of the folks up there.
