My boyfriend and i had the worst experience as first time buyers. The sale person name is Luis Flores. He was very unprofessional, disrespectful, unhelpful and we got cursed out. I tried speaking to one of the managers and she was very unhelpful and seemed careless as well. When expressing my concern to her she apologized for the experience we had but did nothing to comfort us. When we went to the front desk she was very helpful and we all noticed the sales person and manager were all laughing amongst themselves about the situation at hand. Don't waste your time at this dealership!

Never going there again. Manager is unresponsive to issues, and apparently just thinks "manager" means extracting more money from customers. The happy-talk social media person tries to keep it look clean. We were overcharged, and forced into extra fees. I'd go to another state to avoid this place.

As per the response from the Manager, I contacted that phone no and someone who said he is Finance Director, asked me to come to the dealership to discuss about the concern, but when I went there the receptionist told me that either the person replied or the person to whom I spoke over phone were unavailable. I wasted my time again and cannot trust them anymore. And most of the times, no one answers that phone no as I made several calls. I request all of you to read this review before approaching them for car purchase and you can look at the charges in the photograph. Very soon I'll upload a YouTube video on the entire documentation process they did.

I have been a customer of John Eagle Honda for five years now. The past two years I have noticed that the service department has not been as efficient and customer courtesies have been disappearing. About a week ago I took my Honda Civic in for a basic oil and filter change and to get two key fobs programmed. They didn't put a mat on the floor of the car and before I noticed that they're were big black oily footprints on my mat the stuff had gotten all over my off white suede trainers. I went back to the dealer and asked to speak to the Service Manager who told me (I had to go back twice before I was able to speak to him, the first time I was told he was too busy), they don't put mats on the floor anymore. They cleaned my mat but wouldn't pay for me to have my shoes cleaned. The service manager told me he could not authorize that. Overall, a very bad customer service experience. I will not be returning to JEH.

Do not buy a used car here. They hide defects in their cars, don't give you everything you are buying, try to sell you on a bunch of crap fees, then claim to discount or remove those fees verbally, but do not remove them in the final contract. Like a used car sales place came out of central casting for a movie. In my case, I bought a Mazda CX-5 that had a previous dent repair that they acknowledged, but later I found that they had just used glue to secure the front bumper rather than use original screws, and left a panel out of alignment so the door scrapes when opened. Then the fees! They tacked on the full price of $1000 for LoJack, which I don't need, and $1000 for the BS permaplate, which I didn't want. They didn't even give me paperwork on what was covered. The finance guy told me they would remove those services and charges, but when the financing came in those charges were there. They also gave me only one fob for the car, and the fob itself was damaged, having no case. A back up fob for this car costs about $420. So I had to buy a new case for the original fob, And if I want a back up, it is going to set me back that $420. For paperwork, they gave me a barebones USB drive with some signed contract portions on a USB drive, no paperwork, no explantation of how to use LoJack or the Permaplate service they stuck me for, or even what the coverage actually is. So a $26K car cost me close to $29K, before tax and financing. And it has damage they hid from me. Shady place. Never again.

I went on Black Friday and got an awesome deal on a cash car. My sale representative was Patricia she was professional and up front. She had a great attitude. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friend.

Made an appointment in the morning to go see a car at 2:30 p.m. drove 30 minutes to come see the car just to get there and then tell me it's sold they could have had the common courtesy and customer support to inform me before my appointment that the car had sold so I wouldn't waste my time or gas.

"Market adjustments" in the tens of thousands of dollars. It's insulting and just plain wrong. I'll drive quite far to avoid shady dealers such as John Eagle

The battery in my wife's car suddenly was drained a couple days ago. I jump started her car and took it to Eagle, after making an appointment. I was ready to have the battery replaced, but it tested as good. The terminals were cleaned and tightened and I was not charged. Fantastic!

No point in making an appointment here. You'll sit here for 3+ hours for an OIL CHANGE only for them to let you know they magically found $1,000+ worth of other items to be fixed. Staff is dismissive and rude. Received a text that the oil change was complete after denying all the additional recommendations and still don't have my car after 30+ minutes. They don't do anything in order. I got here for my appointment and every single customer that came AFTER me has already come and gone. I came for an OIL CHANGE how does that take 3.5+ hours?! Absolutely hate coming here. Only reason I do is my oil changes are free for one more year.
