We came here on 10/27/18 to celebrate Halloween. The food was great. Customer service was not. The young man with the blond man bun had a problem with us not getting our OWN drinks from the order counter, and had a smart ass comment toward the members of our party about it. He didn't have a problem delivering drinks to the (all white) party that came in after us!!! Whether he was joking with us or not, none of us liked his comment or appreciated his unnecessary humor. How dare you insult your guests???? If you don't want to be here, or wait on African American guests, work somewhere else. All of the other female waitstaff were both cordial and kind. They were even dressed in costumes (one Incredibles and another was an angel) and both were very nice. However, this young man really set the tone for this dining establishment. We will never come back here, ever again. Wish I could give zero stars.

We stopped in for food and the bathroom. Originally wanted to stick around for the go carts, but unfortunately didn't have time. Food was as expected (drinks are a bit small), and service was decent. Place kept clean and OBVIOUSLY a fun spot for the kids with the arcade and all.

Who would think that you cannot get a hamburger at a Johnny Rockets?! This establishment is at Speed Zone, possibly the least mechanically functioning place in DFW, and the Johnny Rockets follows that suit! The menu for burgers was turned off, and upon getting to the order counter after waiting in a long line, we found out the grill was not working, so no burgers or chicken were available! We did get a wonderful garden salad, and some mediocre cheese fries. My previous experiences with Johnny Rockets had been memorable and enjoyable, this one will cause me to think twice about returning!

Waited an hour for our food only to find out that they didn't even place it down, complete waste of time.
