Tue Feb 6th. I walked In there about 1pm today and 3 workers talking to each other at the Front by the cashier, and not 1 of them asked me if I needed help. The whole 10 mins I was in there I didn't get any help soo I left

one of the employees here was being so rude we were asking for shoe sizes and she was looking so bothered and giving such short answers and just being overall rude we didn’t feel comfortable buying anything as she made us feel like asking for our shoe size was such an inconvenience for her never coming back to this store was not able to catch her name but was working on 1/15/2024 at 1:45 pm

I'm not the first person to complain about the store's attitude and management. Your company must review its personnel. You should know that you are not the only place that sells shoes in the United States. If I didn't need these shoes so urgently, I wouldn't have needed to buy any products at Journeys!I stopped by the Journeys store in Northpark Center Dallas. My experience at the store was extremely bad. The employee's attitude towards the store manager treats their customers like puppets. I went to the store to try on and buy a pair of UGGS TAZZ shoes in SAND color. When I asked to try on size 9 shoes, I decided to buy them. However, the shoe body, specifically the left shoe, was damaged for some reason. I told the employee who helped me get the shoes that I wanted to buy them but they had some defects. So can you please find another new pair of shoes in stock. I showed them where the damage was. But instead of going to the warehouse to find another pair of shoes. They thought it was a stain left by the shoe protector, not any damage. I'm not stupid enough to not be able to distinguish the marks left by the sticker. Because the right shoe has no marks at all, it's perfect. I tried to explain that this was not due to the shoe shapers, because they had no effect on the shoes, this was purely an external influence. But as a result, the manager next to me looked at me with contempt? I do not know. She said the store only received the shoes this morning, so the pair couldn't have any defects. She also emphasized three times: "THAT IS". I am a customer using the service and store. I do not purchase any free or discounted items. I also don't beg anyone. But the store's employees are extremely disrespectful to customers. Also, when I hesitated to buy them, I left and came back to buy them. When I turned around, the manager seemed to be looking at the employee who brought my shoes and motioned to take the damaged shoes and give them to me.I will find another pair of shoes to replace and return the damaged shoes to your store. If you would like me to provide pictures of the damaged condition of the shoes, please contact me and I will be happy to show them to you.

Management needs to be retrained on basic customer service skills along with emeployee’s need to be drug tested. If you can’t work properly and professionally without being under the influence you need to be fired. Dirty shoes that have been worn when asked if they had new shoes in the back we were told “naw”. Why would you put dirty shoes back on the floor that were returned in poor condition?! Clearly not enough work that 3 to 4 employees can just hangout on their phones at the front smelling like they just smoke marijuana.

I visited this location of journeys several times, and each time hasn't been the best experience.The first time I came in, I was in the store for 15 minutes and not a single person came up to me. There were maybe 2 other customers, but at least 4 employees and all stayed behind the till.The next time I came in, I asked for help and the person was rude and grabbed the wrong shoe and size that I asked to try on. Handed it to me and walked away. Didn't ask if I was going ok, or if they fit.I came in one final time since the shoe I wanted only sells here or online and I was unsure of my size, and I finally received help from a curly haired employee. I don't remember their name but they were great and helped me find the right size. But I shouldn't have had to come in 3 times for a correct fitting.5 stars for that employee and that employee alone.

First bad experience in this type of stores. I don’t know what’s wrong with the employees in this stores; but not one ask if we needed help. They just look at you as if we were going to buy anything. You need to hired new staff cause this one is not it.

Joey was incredibly sweet and helpful. I will definitely be returning to shop here!! All the workers were also incredibly amazing. 20/10 customer service !! Def stop by if you’re ever out shopping at the mall.

Dirty and not impressed. They were more concerned with me buying 4 pairs of shoes, 2 pairs of socks, crep and a shirt rather than to take the time to learn what I like and establish a customer relationship. I felt like a number and not a customer. If y’all want incredible customer service, Dr Martin across the way is very helpful and have much cuter options.

i was having the worst day, so i went to go buy some dr martens that vicky helped me pick out. it’s so rare that i get treated respectfully because i have a baby face, but vicky was really welcoming and supportive. i get anxious asking for help which is why i try to avoid these types of stores but vicky was a great associate who made my experience comfortable and easy.
