I ordered my own flowers for Valentines day 2024 two weeks prior to the actual day. I had them delivered to my job (local hospital/nurses station). When they arrived I immediately noticed it was not what I ordered (my order was supposed to be 9 large roses, this one only had 3 large roses). My coworker (also ordered from Joyce was delivered with mine and her order was also incorrect). We called Joyce's and they sent out two more arrangements that were also wrong. When we asked for a resolution requesting what we actually ordered and paid for, the police was called on us! Long story short the owner later called and apologized as a temp employee misunderstood the situation and thought we were trying to steal the flowers, so she called the police for the delivery driver. The owner said it was a misunderstanding and offered me an upgrade on my next order. I informed her that I still only had 3 roses and wanted the 9 that I paid for, so she had them re delivered. Although the owner was apologetic there is something about the police being called on me at my job where I am highly respected by hospital administration, doctors and my colleagues that doesn't sit right in my spirit. It was degrading and very embarrassing. I will never order from this establishment again.Also two days after the new arrangement was delivered,3 of the 9 roses have died .I sent staff a photo.So sad.

Jolisa and her team have been exceptional! I’ve used her services twice and her arrangements are beautiful! Thank you for taking the time at such a short notice for funeral flower arrangements. I appreciate your input and putting your own touch on creating such beautiful arrangements.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Joyce Florist of Dallas for providing excellent customer service!! From the two ladies we spoke to by phone yesterday who answered all of our questions, took the order, & a huge thanks to the floral designer who took time out to make the beautiful corsage at a moments notice!! You all blessed us!! We were in need and you came through for us when no one else could. You helped make our daughter's prom extra special. Thank you!!

My sister got me an assortment for my birthday. I don't know how much she paid, but... I loved the surprise. I don't like pink, so she said they swapped out the ribbon for her on the basket.The gentleman who delivered was really nice and had a sense of humor. The flowers were beautiful when delivered and still look good 4 days later, so no complaints. Smell good to.The bear is really soft. Shared the candy with my coworkers... They loved that basket.

Horrible experience, never again. I hate leaving bad reviews but hopefully, others won't waste their money. I ordered these flowers on fromyouflowers.com where they automatically pick the florist. I ordered for Valentine's Day for my mother. The flowers I received looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered. Especially, the fact that I paid extra for even more roses and succulents. The flowers looked old and were just full of leaves, not roses. I complained to fromyourflowers, and they gave me a refund after the flowers were delivered. Joyce Florist proceeded to harass my mother by having a man come back, ringing the doorbell, and knocking on the door repeatedly. At that point, no one called, just a man at my mother's door. Why would I have my mom opened the door for a random man on the phone? Later the shop called and did not leave a voicemail. To which I had my mother call the number back. I was on three-way. The lady from the shop said they were coming to pick the roses up because they were canceled. I said no, I got a refund because the flowers looked horrible. She said well, we would redeliver to make this right. They never redelivered them, but they did pick up the roses to resell to another unfortunate customer. I called back the next day to ask why they weren't delivered as she said, and she gave me another excuse. She gave multiple different excuses. I have made bouquets that looked better than what I was given, especially for $80!!! This florist has no accountability, and after seeing the other reviews on google, their poor customer service is not an isolated event. If I could go back, I would have made sure I knew the florist. A florist who knows how to make the elaborate bouquets that they advertise. If you want a half-done bouquet of old flowers with poor customer service- order here.

Can you say TRASH! This is by far the WORST florist in town. The flowers looked nothing like the online and were not fresh at all. Here is a pic of what was ordered and what was received. Customer Service sucked!!! If I could give them a zero star I would!!! Total rip off!!!

My wife just received a small Christmas-shaped arrangement from a beloved friend that is of poor quality. The tiny green container will not hold water, it doesn't sit evenly on the counter, the bows (cheap fabric & poorly tied) look like they were made by a kindergartener, sparse decorations (3 red balls). Branches of greenery just stuck in the arrangement - no shape (2 actually placed in backwards showing the under side of the leaves). And, already shedding leaves. This should have had more decorations & a decent container. I hope this did not cost over $25.00. The roses were of good quality (only positive).

Gorgeous flowers!!! I love their service they gave me a curiosity call about a delay on the shipment for fresh flowers. Love it here overall!
