J's Paint and Body pulled a small dent out of the tip of the hood on my BMW. They removed the paint from the whole front end of the hood. I was to return in two weeks for them to paint the hood. I tried for three months to get them to finish the job, but they were never available, wouldn't return my calls, or closed by the time I got to the shop, even though they knew I was coming. I had a hard time trying to find someone to go behind them to finish their work. After five months, I finally found a body shop to complete the job they started.

warning! warning ! waring dallas paint and body and there ceo angel nunez, and other employees dallas paint& body, are deliberately doing the poorest quality of paint and body work, so as to force customers to pay for their cars in bad paint condition. today because i refused to pay the balance of 466.00 and file a complaint with the better business bureau for the damage that angel nunez shop did to my car, i had to experience my car being taken from my place of business on a tow truck. without my knowledge or my approval. angel nunez waited until i was away from my place of business to come at 3 pm today, oct 24 to take my car onto his tow truck and lock it up in his body shop warehouse. i came back and thought my car was stolen. no legal documents were file, he only called the police to inform them that he was prepossessing my scion for non payment to his company. for a paint job done by his company ! angel nunez chose to force his idea of rights or power over a consumer by using his interpretation of the texas laws protecting mechanics and service shops from clients that do not pay. angel nunez thinks that the consumer has no right to refuse his poor workmanship. angel nunez and his staff have found a loop hole that makes them think, they can do sloppy work and incomplete paint and body work, and still demand payment from the trusting consumer. angel nunez prefers to force his bad workmanship on his customers, force them to pay by taking their cars by tow and repossession!!!! he acted in the most dishonest way possible. his word, nor his invoices are not to be trusted in any way. it is my opinion and my experience, that he is a deceiver , not a good human being or a good place of business ,to trust with your car or your money. angel nunez never made any attempt to communicate with the better business bureau to date, or with me , except to show up unannounced like a "coward" to take possession of my property! to force payment for a horrible workmanship on my car. angel nunez is using the texas laws to manipulate self empowerment over others, and to cry victim when he is the "predator". do not make the mistake i made trusting his word and his body shop. angel nunez is one of those guys that no one should have to experience in life. he is that guy who rather get paid for doing his worst , instead of providing his promise to do the very best for customers. a bad deal... is never a good deal.......! pay extra for a solid, reputably company to paint your car! i have pictures...if you want evidence of my warning

It's a bit off the beaten path, but well worth it. I drove 45 min to get the hood of my truck touched up and if I need anything else done I'll definitely come back. Extremely professional, courteous, and reasonable.
