This nail salon is the best with the best nail ladies! Vivian and Holly, the managers, are so accommodating and will make sure you leave happy with their service and their work. Their pedis are so relaxing and they have a world of colors to pick from. Plus, they recently upgraded their salon and it’s so cute! Highly recommended!

I if I could give this place to zero I would. Come here every once in a while and every time I come I’m disappointed over and over again, but frankly, the place is really really cheap and so in a bind I’ll come. I came today. I called ahead at 5 o’clock. They told me to come at six. I get here at six, and I wait until 630 before somebody takes me. There’s a new guy working and he clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing so he’s sitting next to the owner she’s supervising him as he basically learned how to do nails on my hands. Start doing the nails he doesn’t know how to clip them and he glued the nails to my skin. I didn’t complain because i didn’t have patience and I could tell he was training. I told him to just let them stay glued and they would come off overtime with Water. He continues to do nails, he really tried hard, but he did a bad job. When he moved over to my secondhand, I noticed that the tips on the hand that he just finished were not adhered properly, meaning that the tips were not glued fully to my nail, and therefore were raised. This is not only the wrong way to do nails, but it’s not hygienic because water and dirt and great will get stuck in between your real nail and the tip. That’s really gross. He doesn’t know how to explain himself soda “manager “who’s sitting right next to him stands up and try to explain to me that it’s OK. I said to her you and I both both know that this is not how it’s supposed to look. She said you’re right, I’m gonna take them off. It took another 30 minutes as she’s taking off all of the nails that were just put on me. It’s already an hour and 15 minutes since I’ve gotten into the salon. I ask her then if she can put gel on my nails without the tip because I don’t have enough time to wait around. She tells me OK. Then she tells me suddenly that I’m gonna have to wait another 25 minutes for someone else to come and do the nails. I said why? I already waited 30 minutes and then I wasted another hour of my time. She said “listen I don’t do nails”. I said “what do you mean? You just did two peoples nails and I just watched you do them!” She says “I’m a manager. I’m supposed to just let everyone do their job.” Then she tells me that the reason she can’t do my nails is because her best friend is there and he has an appointment next. I said “the same way that you made me wait 30 minutes, you can ask your best friend to wait 20 minutes while you finish my nails”, she then began to argue with me because I was making sense and she couldn’t defend herself. She was flustered. She started arguing with me and disrespecting me, clearly I was making too much sense for her because she got so frustrated that she didn’t have a logical response. Then she divulged to me that she’s actually the owner. This is what was crazy, how the owner of a business act like this to a customer. To lie and say that she doesn’t work when I just watched you do peoples nails, and then to preferentially treat her “friend”. I found this to be totally ridiculous, are you seriously telling me that I just spent an hour and a half half of my life for this pathetic excuse? I said, the same way that you had me wait 30 minutes before before seeing me for my appointment, You can have your next customer wait just a little bit longer because you guys are the ones who screwed up the job . she kept arguing with me because she knew that I was right. And I said I’m sorry, that is a pathetic excuse for a business owner. Not to mention this place is totally filthy, I’ve never seen more than two people being serviced in the salon, I couldn’t even believe that there was 10 people in there today. I’m telling you right now, there are three other salons in a 1/2 mile radius Who actually upkeep their salon, don’t have crusty floors, have technicians to actually know what they’re doing, and who have business owners who don’t have sorry excuses. What a pathetic excuse for a business. That is the worst customer service. I’ve had it and nail salon, and any woman knows that there are some really bad places out there.
