I was excited to buy my first car and made it happened. These people here REPOSSESSED my car today talking bout I refused to get full coverage insurance and accept their free towing. FIRST OFF I DIDNT REFUSE NOTHING. I stated I was at work and I was already going to lot tomorrow to pay my car note. They sold me a SILVER 07 NISSAN ALTIMA WITH A BROKEN CONTROL, THERMOSTAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED (no the car was not overheating), and the CATALYTIC CONVERTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. Told Mr. Phil about the steering wheel pulling when I test drove I thought the steering wheel column was loose naw it was the control arm. He agreed with me just to get my money put $800 down on the car on 12/15/22. DO NOT GO HERE I HAD MY CAR FOR 13 days and now I’m out of a car and they did not give me my $985 back. That’s the down payment and first car note together.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! IT IS NOT $49 DOWN THAT'S A LIE!!! You have to pay a down payment to even test drive anything there. They told us to come later in the day to test drive a car but then they said it was too late and that we have to pay first. They're definitely trying to scam us if they can't even let us test drive any car. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!

This place lied about its policies and procedures. I filled out the app and sent everything in virtually. I came to the facility looking for the car picked out and had cash in hand. The dealer couldn't service me. It wasn't a credit issue or anything. They weren't clear on the ID PROCESS. Also, the place was dirty and unprofessional. I will never do business with them!

THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY TO GET IT FIXED BY THEM PLUS PAY YOUR CAR NOTE AT THE SAME TIME ITS GONNA MAGICALLY TAKE THEM AWHILE TO FIX IT
AND IF THEY REPO IT
THEY GONNA SAY YOU GOTTA PAY THE FULL PRICE OF THE CAR SO YOU GONNA COME OUT OF 2K FOR NO REASON THATS HOW THEY GET YOU

Bought a dodge truck with patched engine and before i could even get tags/ title , the motor broke, asked the owner to help with repairs and he denied, this is one of those used dealers to be aware of !!

I just want to tell you guys do not get a car from kars off Garland road I had a blow out after I left the place I didn't even make it home with the car. I went back to get the car and the car was gone. So I called the car place and they told me the car was there and to come up on Monday. So I went up there today and they wouldn't give me the car or my money back. I have never heard of that before. So I am telling everyone not to get a from kars off Garland road they are crooked. And if anyone knows a lawyer that I could talk to hit me up. They kept my car and my money and took all of my paperwork out of the car to show proof I bought the car. I haven’t even had it three days. Thank you.
