This used to be my fav restaurant in dallas but since Covid the food hasn’t been as good. The restaurant is dirty. But the last straw was when they started adding gratuity 18% to your ticket - I was not sitting at hibachi table - we were only 2 people. It is unacceptable to decide my tip for me. I’ll never be back for this reason.

Did the sushi not a bad place overall.I think it’s more for the hibachi style. The sushi was decent. It was prepared very well. The sushi chef did a great job.House sake was a little too hot .For some reason, they were playing disco music the whole time not sure what that’s about.Overall, not a bad place, but I won’t be going back.For $100 with two people and two drinks there’s other options I’ll look into.Food preparation was amazing just wasn’t fresh.

Came here for rotating but I think they closed it. The food was good and filling. We just ordered rolls. Waitress was very nice and the building and ambience is awesome! I will say for all you get it is a bit on the pricy side.

We went with a group of people (17) and we seated 25 minutes later than our reservations and then waited 15 to 20 minutes fora server to finally came over to take our drink order. While going through drink orders one of us ordered a scotch on the rocks and the server said they carry no scotch. We asked again and said she was 100% sure the restaurant had no scotch'. We asked for a manager and she said they have no scotch and she knew the drink menu. The person went to the bar and they had three types of scotch, but he had to buy it and they could not transfer to the table. That was fine. Then she took our Meal order before getting us our drink order. 8 minutes later the cooks arrived. The cook had the fried rice done before we even got the drinks. No salad or soup was served and we asked many people no one could bring them and finally got some as the meat portion was being served.We ordered the best meat possible Filet and some of us got good cuts and some appeared they substituted for a different cut of meat (not) tender but cooked close to medium (not medium Rare)due to the height of our cuts. Not as thick as the filet cuts. Most of our shrimp was overcooked too. 3 of our people did not even get there entrée from the kitchen. They left early.Our visit was a birthday Dinner and due to all the bad service and we left early as not to celebrate the birthday.We have been there 5 times before but always have some issues but not even like this. I probably will not return.

They said we had a 15 minute wait, but it took them 45 minutes to seat us at a grill. Then I took another 35 minutes for the chef to arrive. The chef was awesome and the food was great. I wouldn't go here again without a reservation.

I have never left a review on a restaurant before in my life. I normally look down on people who leave reviews so I should be heard out. I had an over 200$ bill which should have easily had a 80+$ tip. But as me and my young children were eating desert I was asked to leave so that they could sit more people. I asked for the manager at the front counter. I was then approached by the man who asked me to leave in the first place. He rolled his eyes and asked “what it was I needed”? I was almost done with the desert and about to leave. Rudest most inconsiderate gesture I think I have ever had to deal with, I will never return.

We had a 630 reservation for my daughter's birthday. They called and confirmed 2 hours before.We got there and did not have a table.They did not have an explanationThey did not even offer an apology.I used to like the place, but ruining my daughters birthday on a Saturday night without so much as an apology is inexcusable.Don't ever book an important event here

AMAZING! Fast friendly and kind servers. The food fantastic and a great way to slow down in a Japanese restaurant. I order the Caterpillar roll and MIND BLOWING!! The decorations a beautifully displayed then everything was plated perfectly! Sadly didn’t take a picture of the food, but got a quick snap of the mandarin orange! Shape into a teddy bear! Great place to enjoy the hibachi or dining in. 10/10 recommend to stop by during high traffic time. A low lit atmosphere with smash hits and people oohing and awwwing! Coming back for sure!! Best food and service in a while!!

The Hibachi food (meat) was served what looked to be cooked but was definitely raw when I cut into it. The chef was nice but obviously did not know what he was doing.

The place looks amazing. Service was horrible. We did the dine in instead of them cooking. They brought out my meat and I had to wait literally another 20 mins for my rice. They forgot my soup and salad. The food wasn’t the best for the price and the ladies in the front are rude. Definitely not going back.
