I was afraid to come here bc of all the bad driver reviews. I guess it separates amazing drivers from steering wheel holders. I was backed in & docked in under 3 mins. No blind side or backing into traffic is necessary. In fact, no traffic at all. I drive a sleeper truck and had 0 issues! Will definitely come here again if given a load. If by chance there is traffic, one of the nice gentleman inside will be glad to assist with traffic control, just ask. In & out in under 30 minutes! Fast loading time!! Come in using Commerce St.

For the love of GOD avoid this place at all costs!!! I arrived before they opened and checked in around 7am my appt was at noon its nearly 3pm and they still haven't communicated with me on why they are running late nobody is picking u the phone in receiving and there's trucks that arrived here after me getting pulled right in.... these people need to learn how to do their damn jobs and stop delaying people

Been here 3 hours .. took 2 just for them to allow me to back in the dock. All I'm delivering is 1 machine! And picking up 1 machine! This is not good place to deliver or pick up .. not for me at least. Total waste of time!

This place really separates the men from the boys. The staff might suggest you drive through the car lot and pull out onto the street, then back in. A day cab could do that but not a sleeper cab. I went through the lot okay but straightening out was improbable.I came in from the West so after my initial fail in the lot, I went down to the stop sign and made a left. About 1/2 mile down there is a crossover lane with plenty of room to turn around, or use a nearby business.Any way you do it, it’ll be tough and Dallas drivers aren’t known for their manners to put it lightly. Unloading was fast.You can try blindsiding up hill on a busy road but that’s suicide.

What’s the point of scheduling an appointment time for a driver to pick up a load at 10:00 a.m. and you won’t even have the load ready until 4-5 hours after that.

Not for a rookie, but friendly, and efficient. Unloading area small for 53' trailer but doable, recommend backing in from the street.

Fast unloading, nice people, there is a little bit of on-street parking around this business.

Unloading only took 30 minutes, which was outstanding. The only problem is that the dock is small, so you have to back in from the street which is on a hill, so you have a hard time seeing the uphill traffic to avoid.
