Great customer service. Very straightforward and easy to deal with. I called over the phone about a specific pair of boots that the austin location didn’t have in my size but they had here, after finding out they had a yellow rose in Dallas. They happily put two boots on hold for me in different sizes to try on. The lady who helped me over the phone was extremely nice and helpful, same goes for the two ladies who helped me in store. They were angels. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with my desired pair of boots and in my busy chaotic life, speediness is much appreciated. Thank you so much!

I had the best experience here the team is super sweet and incredibly helpful. I got a necklace from the Plano location I wanted engraved but their machine was down. I went here and wanted my angel number sequence (999) but there were no settings to allow that. One of the employees, Andie, took her time and literally went out of her way to shift the machine to engrave what I wanted. She did multiple trial runs on the tester to get it exactly how I wanted and so the placement was perfect. It was honestly really nice to see there are people out there in customer service who are wiling to go above and beyond, she was awesome. I will def go to her for any of my engraving needs :)

Listen to the other bad reviews of the rude workers they aren’t lying , they were uptight and not helpful at all when I went in made me super uncomfortable and wanted to leave the negative environment Asap

I needed to make an exchange and all of the girls working in the store were so kind. I did not have a good experience at the Southlake store so West Village became my new Kendra Scott location of choice today. Thanks for making my experience a memorable one

Came in here with my boyfriend during the day today. No one greeted us when we entered. There were 3 workers inside the store and no other customers. Bad service here.

Huge Kendra Scott fan! Stopped in the West Village location before Sunday brunch with my girls. All 3 of us planned to purchase a few items to celebrate birthdays and a retirement. The store was busy when we walked in so we didn’t think much of not being greeted. Time went on, we all picked out our items, and the previous customers cleared out. We still weren’t acknowledged. We made our way to the front and loitered at bit hoping someone would say something but they didn’t. We decided to leave and as we walked out, someone said to our backs…Thank you!I’m sure there was an explanation but 3 sales were missed today.
