My hair is always way too tight. This last time, I had to take my hair down 3 days later. They are very unprofessional. I think they do not know how to do certain braids, but they will say they do for the money. After they finish, ots horrible.

2023 review: Nowadays, they ask you if the tightness is to liking and adjust accordingly!Did my hair super cute, but it was way too tight...ouch. I had to take the braids down 4 days later. Price not too bad.

Horrible experience . Very rude no greeting at the door. Was told to leave for making a video of my hair while In the chair. They also have made a few customers scalp bleed from too much tension. The older lady Ken is extremely bitter. PLEASE put these ingrates out of business.

Woke up this morning to take my child to get my child's hair braided I sent the picture the day before to show her what I want to get done the lady was very optimistic said that she could do it and to come in at 10 Am i was about 4 minutes late I get there my child has thick hair she brushes her hair roughly and just kind of pushing her all over the place she started to do her hair my child was getting frustrated because it seemed that she was briading too tight she took it down and then show me a picture of something I didn't ask for. I expressed my upset miss to another coworker that was walking in as I was pulling out she said I could come in but after being there for 20 minutes and not getting anything done I'm decided to go ahead and leave most places are booked at this time of day and that's why I called around yesterday.This was also about a 25 minute drive from where I was.

They are so unprofessional they manager is so rude when you first walk-in. Second they take lunch breaks 30 min while braiding your hair and also no they sit in talk about you an a different Language pay 200 dollars is not worth it. My hair is start coming out my senegalese twist 8 braids already fell out front n back it only been 2 day also it look like my hair been up for a month your hair might feel and look good just that one day the next day not go look the same .Plus the manager doesn’t let you talk to the person doing your hair she controls them also she comes of very rude I even herd her n her co-worker talkin about another African braiding spot talkin down on other braiding businesses they will stop working on your hair to take 30 min lunch breaks they also will stop doing your hair to do a client they been having also at when they grab the Scissors then be cutting your real hair3/29/22Service: Twist braids

They didn't show for a 9:00 AM appointment. Over a hour late. Very unprofessional. When I questioned the arrival time after being an hour late she said I don't know what time I will arrive just know that I'm on the way! Very disappointing!!!

So I wasn’t going to say anything but this is bothering me . I called the day prior to ask about a braided ponytail. I called the number that’s on google to get in Contact the shop. My first question was how much would it be for a braided ponytail with between 6-8 braids . I was told to send a picture to a number she provided I’m assuming a cell phone number because I called the shop number . She stated 75 I said ok I’ll be there soon . I got there everything was ok I didn’t wait long . My hair wasn’t blown out and that was on me so I was going to give extra anyway . She asked me what I wanted . She combed out my hair , it was rough but ok still no worries . I was done in about 2 hours and ready to pay . She even made a joke about me saying ok to everything cause I wasn’t being difficult at all . She told me she was glad I wasn’t giving her a hard time . I just wanted my hair braided and no need to be extra . So she is done she said $110 and I said no the girl on the phone told me 75 . I had my back turned so I didn’t see the facial expressions she asked the other young lady . Did she say 75 but the lady didn’t verbally respond. She asked me what number I called and I showed her both numbers . She said neither one of those was their shop that I must have came to the wrong shop . She said they had two numbers and those did not belong to that shop . She even apologized because she said she should have told me the price before she started . I didn’t want to make a scene so I paid and I left , but truth of the matter is I walked outside looked on the building and it’s the exact number I called in the first place . Which led to me sending a picture of the style to another number for them to see if they could do it or not . My thing is why lie to me ? She could have charged me 20 to detangle and I wouldn’t have said a word . But to lie to my face because no communication from her and the other braiders . I’ve been there before I took my son before never a problem . I’m never a problem . But this was unacceptable. I can’t believe it. Just confirm prices and make sure you have proof of what they told you .

THEY WAS VERY RUDE..I ASKED A QUESTION THE LADY GOT MAD AND DIDNT WANNA DO MY HAIR..MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE...THEY DIDNT CARE THAT OTHER CUSTOMER WERE THERE OR THAT WE COULD HEAR THEM TALKING ABOUT PEOPLE THAT WAS IN THE SHOP
